Terrible service and unprofessional medical staff

These medical professionals are completely unprofessional. I've been waiting for 40 minutes and the doctor hasn't even shown up. Other patients are being rescheduled, but not for my 10-year-old. When I approached the reception, they offered no assistance, telling me I'll have to wait until Tuesday - which I can't do because I'll be away. I spent two weeks anticipating this appointment, and now there are four doctors on duty with barely any patients, yet my child is being treated so poorly. It's an absolute disgrace xx

Terrible service and unprofessional medical care

I consider this medical practice to be completely unprofessional. We scheduled an appointment for my child, but the physician failed to show up, resulting in two adults being turned away and rescheduled for the same day. However, they couldn't provide my child with another appointment until a week later. I find this treatment absolutely unacceptable and disgraceful.

Terrible phone system wastes patients time and energy

Attempting to schedule an appointment at this medical practice is incredibly frustrating. The phone system is a nightmare where patients must call precisely at 8am to secure a slot, but by the time you get through, all appointments are already gone. When I wasn't dealing with an urgent medical issue, I tried calling later at 11:55am and didn't get connected until 12:20pm. Then, instead of immediate assistance, I was put on hold and forced to listen to muzak for an additional 5 minutes! This unacceptable communication process absolutely requires immediate improvement 😠
