Endless wait for a simple booking
Steer clear. I was seeking an in-person consultation for medical examinations. After 14 days, 6 chat attempts, 1 email, 2 virtual consultations, and 83 phone calls, I still couldn't schedule an appointment. Ultimately, I was forced to switch to a different general practitioner. The clinic employs a so-called 'Queue management' system that automatically removes you from the waiting line approximately every 16 minutes when they reach a specific caller threshold, claiming they'll return your call. Unsurprisingly, no callback ever materialized. Absolutely not recommended.

Unhelpful receptionist ignored my knee pain
The front desk employee displayed an incredibly discourteous attitude and completely disregarded my concerns. Despite experiencing intense knee discomfort, I was attempting to obtain my x-ray medical report, but the staff member remained unresponsive and ignored my repeated inquiries. While I cannot recall her name, she appeared to be a Marathi-speaking woman who seemed indifferent to my situation. As an employee in a medical facility, one would expect her to demonstrate basic empathy and professionalism towards patients seeking assistance.

Hazeldene gp forced me to switch practices
This general practice is absolutely terrible. They unilaterally transferred my registration without my permission. I strongly object to being moved without my agreement and demand to be returned to my original GP. I have zero intention of registering with Hazeldene now or in the future, as it represents the most abysmal healthcare experience I've encountered, characterized by excessively long wait times and virtually no possibility of securing a suitable medical appointment.

Clinic ghosted me after surgery referral
ABSOLUTELY UNACCEPTABLE SERVICE! I've been desperately attempting to book a medical consultation for days, having obtained a surgical referral through a private physician due to my inability to secure an appointment with my primary care doctor. I've already visited the GP's office in person, where they dismissively told me they couldn't see me that day and instructed me to complete an online form. Upon trying to submit the form online, I was redirected to contact the clinic directly, as my medical situation is apparently complex. When I discussed this with the receptionist, she bizarrely advised me to answer "no" to all symptom-related questions (like fever and swelling) just to progress through the form. Shockingly, she simultaneously suggested that given my symptoms, I should go to the Emergency Room instead of seeing the GP. After completing the form, I was told to await a call on Monday. I patiently complied. Monday arrived with a text message promising a doctor would contact me that day, but no communication ever materialized. I continue to futilely seek medical treatment with zero success. It's a total disregard for patient welfare. The most appalling healthcare experience I've ever encountered.

While telephone access remains challenging, we've found that email communications are being promptly addressed and resolved. We particularly want to highlight Emma, the compliance lead, who has been instrumental in helping us navigate this complex period as seamlessly as possible. I cannot overemphasize how terrible this medical practice is. FLEE, not merely walk away from them. I am absolutely switching general practitioners the moment I return to the UK. Waste of time and energy. Their communication infrastructure is abysmal. Their signal quality is so poor that reaching out becomes an exercise in frustration. Email? Forget it. Frustrating gp care and endless phone appointments
I'm extremely frustrated after enduring a health problem for nine months. My general practitioner only offers phone consultations, which are completely useless, and they repeatedly prescribe the same medication without truly listening. It seems they lack competent staff to assist patients who are genuinely unwell. The appointment process is incredibly demoralizing - even when you're suffering, you're forced to complete extensive paperwork and then wait numerous days for a response. In my case, I submitted health-related forms, and after two days, they sent a message scheduling a telephone appointment four days later. Do they seriously believe my medical condition can simply wait for their convenience? Their approach is so bureaucratic that I suspect even if someone were critically ill, they'd still be required to fill out forms and wait a week for an appointment.

Absolutely appalling customer service. Their communication is non-existent - I spent four consecutive days attempting to contact them, and after finally securing an appointment to transfer my prescription to a different pharmacy, they continue to send it to the old location. Utterly abysmal customer service!!!! I've been engaging in correspondence through emails and phone calls, providing every single piece of information they demanded over a month ago for registration. This is absolutely the most disorganized and negligent experience I've encountered. On Monday, I came to inquire about a female physician to assess my piles and bladder issues. Since my Friday emergency appointment, the doctor advised immediate treatment. The receptionist claimed they hadn't received any communication from the other doctor and told me to wait for their notification. I've received no callback or proactive communication despite my repeated attempts to contact them. The clinic seems to have forgotten its fundamental purpose of patient care and treatment. Completely absurd. Scheduling an appointment is impossible. You're left hanging on the phone for 10 minutes, then redirected to an automated system, and expected to submit photos of your issue. I would gladly award zero stars if possible - this is absolutely the most appalling general practice surgery I've ever encountered! On two separate occasions, they've been three-quarters of an hour late for my child's vaccination appointments, and obtaining his repeat prescriptions is a complete nightmare, consistently failing to process both medications he requires. When attempting to schedule an appointment in person, it's impossible to connect via telephone, and despite leaving contact details for a callback, no one ever reaches out! Terrible reception after urgent hospital surgery
I visited this clinic around 13:30/14:00 today following a Sunday emergency hospital surgery, where doctors advised me to see my GP for wound dressing change. However, the clinic staff completely failed to comprehend my situation. The reception staff were unhelpful and dismissive, claiming no appointments were available today and telling me to return tomorrow. I explained that since the surgery was on Sunday and GP offices were closed during weekends, I couldn't pre-book an appointment. The reception personnel demonstrated an appalling lack of customer service and empathy. Their attitude was unprofessional and rigid, showing no willingness to accommodate my urgent medical need. Despite explaining that the hospital doctor specifically recommended I have my wound cleaned and re-dressed here to prevent potential infection, they remained inflexible. Their customer service was so poor that it seemed like they had zero training in handling patient needs. Their inability to find a solution or show any compassion was frustrating. As a result, I will absolutely be changing my GP practice. These reception staff are completely ineffective and useless.
