Wait times have consistently been brief, never exceeding half an hour. Additionally, they offer flexible scheduling with early morning and evening appointments to accommodate diverse work schedules.

Terrible care for my sick toddler

This surgical practice is absolutely terrible! They completely disregard when a child is unwell, dismissing everything as a viral infection.. failing to provide appropriate care for a 2-year-old.. ignoring the mother who knows her child's condition best... forcing us to endure ten days of suffering with a seriously sick child before considering any treatment - what an absolute outrage, and I'm 💯 pursuing this matter further.. the facility has become completely incompetent since Dr. Nam's departure!

Kind doctor saved our long wait

I was at the medical clinic with my son, waiting past our scheduled appointment time, when a physician noticed we had been sitting there for quite a while. He proactively decided to see my child since the originally assigned doctor was behind schedule. I was incredibly appreciative of his willingness to step in and help. Insensitive call after dad's tragic passing

This medical practice is an absolute disaster. My partner was devastated when, just two days after her father's passing, she received a call from a doctor's office inquiring about the palliative care team. Despite her clearly stating her name to correct their error, they continued to ask inappropriate questions! The timing and insensitivity of this call were incredibly distressing. We cannot comprehend how such a massive administrative mistake could occur, mixing up a grieving family member's contact details with a palliative care team. This is beyond unprofessional - it's shockingly cruel and unacceptable. Their previous track record is equally appalling. My partner's breast cancer was overlooked not once, but twice, with dismissive comments like "you're too young". She's only alive today because she persistently advocated for herself and demanded a referral, despite being patronizingly told, "I think it's a waste of time, but since you're so insistent..." The condescending attitude could have potentially cost her life by delaying crucial medical intervention.

Since relocating to Kirkby a short while back, I've experienced a remarkable improvement compared to my previous medical practice in Eastwood. Previously, securing an appointment meant waiting 4-5 weeks, and even then, it was typically just a phone consultation. In contrast, this surgery consistently offers same-day in-person appointments. The service is outstanding, and Dr Nam is an exceptional healthcare professional.

We've been loyal patients of this medical practice for over a decade and have zero intention of switching. Dr NAM is, without doubt, the most exceptional general practitioner I've encountered. Wait times are minimal, and consultations with him always feel thorough and unhurried. I'm completely baffled by anyone who would rate this practice poorly - in my view, such negative reviews likely stem more from the reviewer's own attitude than any genuine shortcomings of the practice.

Kirkby health complex nearly cost me my life

This facility deserves to be shut down completely Initially, you must navigate past the intimidating gatekeepers at reception, if you can even manage that Then you might potentially secure an appointment, or potentially not. Subsequently, you encounter so-called healthcare "professionals" who are allegedly meant to provide assistance I've been compelled to contact emergency services multiple times seeking medical intervention for a condition that nearly escalated into a life-threatening scenario, purely because no medical staff took the minimal effort to properly assess me The ultimate consequence was my emergency hospitalization for a critical operation that was necessary to preserve my life So I extend a sarcastic thank you to Kirkby health complex for your abject failure to provide basic medical care
