Patient feedback reflects a mixed experience with significant variation in care quality across the practice. Many patients report positive experiences with attentive listening, thorough consultations, and professional care, particularly noting same-day appointment availability and a welcoming environment. However, substantial concerns emerge around appointment access, with multiple reports of unresponsive phone lines and difficulty reaching the practice. Reception experience presents a notable challenge, with feedback describing staff as uncooperative and unhelpful, with some patients reporting calls going unanswered repeatedly.
Communication and clinical assessment also feature prominently in negative feedback, with patients describing dismissive attitudes, inadequate consultations, and concerns that symptoms were not properly explored or investigated. Some patients report feeling disrespected during interactions and indicate that administrative errors have occurred. Concerns about care for children are also evident in the feedback.
Positive feedback emphasises the practice's teamwork and collaboration, flexible scheduling options including early morning and evening appointments, and compassionate approaches to care. Several patients highlight minimal waiting times and the welcoming nature of the practice environment. The variation in experiences suggests service quality may depend significantly on which staff member patients encounter.

Bad!
Terrible doctor who dismissed my mental health
Dr. Oza deserves to lose his medical license for his complete disregard of patient concerns. He utterly fails to listen during consultations and provides shockingly inadequate recommendations, such as suggesting exercise as a solution for severe mental health struggles - a dangerously dismissive and inappropriate response to a serious medical issue.

Dr nam's clinic but wendy's bad mood
I typically have excellent interactions with Dr. Nam, easily rating him five stars for his professional care. However, every encounter with a nurse named Wendy has been terrible. She comes across as genuinely unpleasant and rude. In previous appointments involving injections, I've been nearly yelled at for moving due to my needle anxiety. During our most recent visit, my partner was sitting quietly, absorbed in a mobile game. While I understand there might have been a "no phones" sign, we didn't notice it, and during an asthma test, no medical equipment was even out. He immediately apologized and switched off his silent phone. Despite his prompt response, she continued to berate him, intentionally making him feel small and uncomfortable.

Dr Oza made my girlfriend cry
I'm not a patient at this medical practice myself, but my partner is. I've witnessed her breaking down in distress due to her encounters there. Dr Oza, in particular, comes across as condescending and ineffective, providing minimal assistance to his patients and preferring to dictate diagnoses rather than genuinely listening to their symptoms. This approach is alarmingly risky and has left my girlfriend feeling completely invalidated. A competent general practitioner must possess the ability to listen and empathize, qualities that Dr Oza conspicuously lacks. No patient should emerge from a medical consultation feeling more stressed and anxious than when they arrived. I strongly recommend steering clear of both this medical complex and this so-called physician.

Dismissive doctors left me traumatised
My encounter with The Health Care Complex has been absolutely dreadful, and I cannot comprehend how they continue to claim they are a functional GP service. As my local GP, I've visited when necessary over the years, and I'm astounded by how these doctors can consider themselves healthcare professionals. Every single time I've been unwell or had a concern, I've felt completely disregarded, with critical questions left unasked. Now that I'm studying Pharmacy, I understand precisely how a professional healthcare provider should approach a situation, and this falls far short of those standards! Recently, when I called 111 with a medical query, they asked me more about my symptoms and well-being during a brief phone call than these doctors have in years of consultations. While I'm not a doctor and don't intend to be one, these individuals seem to have significant knowledge gaps, which is incredibly misleading for patients who blindly trust their every word. Typically, patients are hesitant to challenge medical professionals. However, I've left consultations feeling distressed and unsatisfied, and I was even shouted at by a doctor once, which is completely unacceptable under any circumstances. I'm genuinely traumatized by these experiences and would now prefer to endure suffering and go to A&E rather than return here. To illustrate: during a breast-related health concern, the NHS website advised me to consult my GP for a check-up. When I sought reassurance and shared my symptoms, the doctor didn't even want to examine me. I understand the NHS is under strain, but a mere five-minute extension to thoroughly explore symptoms and possibilities would alleviate many patients' anxieties and prevent unnecessary A&E visits. Essentially, these doctors seem capable of nothing more than prescribing over-the-counter painkillers. Thank you, next.
