I would prefer to avoid attending this practice if possible - the clinical staff appear to react negatively when patients access other NHS services that offer faster appointment availability and more convenient locations with what I perceived as better results. Additionally, I have felt that my concerns were not fully heard during consultations. There have been several instances where I have felt the need to request prescription medication, as over-the-counter options have not provided adequate relief and require extended periods of use to show any effect. After reviewing feedback from other patients, I was surprised to learn that the practice relies on temporary staffing arrangements, which may explain some of the inconsistencies I have experienced.

I was instructed to attend the surgery and upon arriving at 10am, was asked to return at 4.30pm. I subsequently consulted with multiple healthcare professionals, yet felt that my concerns were not adequately addressed and considerable time was spent without resolution. The overall experience felt disorganised and inefficient. When attempting to escalate concerns to management, I encountered obstacles in the complaint process. The registration documentation appeared outdated and poorly maintained. Throughout my visit, staff seemed disengaged and unhelpful.
