Utterly repulsive front desk employee Almira - I cannot comprehend how these incompetent individuals masquerade as medical professionals over the phone. They should pursue careers they genuinely care about instead of making patients feel terrible about their healthcare needs.

Terrible service and uncaring doctors at this practice

I've been with this surgery for three decades... Dr. C Duggal was fantastic, and Carol the receptionist was wonderful. BUT, since their retirement, the practice has become ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE. Indi the receptionist has an appalling attitude, simply incredibly discourteous. Then there's DR FAHMY, Hossam... Who relentlessly prescribed antibiotics to my mother for months until she independently went to A&E and received a terminal diagnosis! It took me a staggering 2 weeks to secure "an appointment" via telephone, scheduled for 11:30am. After calling twice, FAHMY, Hossam (Dr) finally rang me at 4pm! After detailing my two hospital visits while awaiting a GP appointment, he flatly refused to refer me to the specialist team the hospital recommended. He even had the audacity to claim that I was exhausting him! We understand our children and our bodies, and doctors like FAHMY are precisely why patients don't receive timely diagnoses. And let's not overlook that the management seems to be in constant flux, which speaks volumes about the practice's instability!

Nhs struggles leave patient frustrated and unheard

Who's responsible? The NHS is to blame. A complete disaster, the medical practice has deteriorated significantly. Doctors consistently fail to respond, even after scheduled appointments, which has happened multiple times to me. Oh yes, the classic "I'll investigate" line, and here I remain waiting. Perhaps it's unfair to point fingers at specific individuals in our current era where humans essentially serve technology. Indeed, humans are now subservient to technological systems. Nevertheless, I will offer a prayer 🙏 that the NHS overcomes whatever challenges and obstacles 😈🔥 they're facing, and that their fundamental Care Duty is restored. May divine blessing be upon them. 🙏 Despite the systemic issues, the front office and administrative staff are absolutely delightful, warm, and as helpful as possible.

I've been attempting to contact their office for three consecutive days, and they repeatedly postpone my doctor's appointment, consistently promising to return my call but never following through. Each time I'm left waiting on hold for extended periods. I'm experiencing significant discomfort, and it appears the staff is completely indifferent to my situation.

Caring doctors help despite waiting room challenges

As a caregiver for my uncle with down syndrome, I appreciate that when I contact the practice (if I can get through), they instantly recognize me, demonstrating a sense of respect, and genuinely strive to assist, often responding on the same day. HOWEVER, There was an instance where my uncle and I were left waiting for seventy minutes before being seen. The environment feels somewhat oppressive and carries an unpleasant odor of aged furnishings. REGARDLESS, the medical staff are TRULY compassionate and supportive. The administrative system seems somewhat relaxed and lacks a certain professional edge, though it's not as problematic as some online reviews suggest.

Lifelong care from the most compassionate medical team

I've been a patient at this medical practice for decades, witnessing my own life journey from youth to motherhood and now grandmother, and I genuinely believe it's the absolute best clinic. Sadly, I've relocated outside their service area and must now depart, which breaks my heart completely. I'll miss them tremendously. Carol and Indie in the reception are truly exceptional - they've consistently demonstrated kindness, empathy, and understanding for every patient's requirements. Terrible service and long waits at this clinic

It's completely ridiculous that this medical practice continues to operate. The quality of service is subpar, at most. On two separate occasions, I've endured waiting periods exceeding 50 minutes past my scheduled appointment time. To make matters more frustrating, you're required to pay for parking, which is far from affordable. You end up spending money on parking only to have your ticket expire before you're even called into the doctor's office. The reception staff demonstrate a shocking lack of professionalism, responding with blunt hostility when approached. Instead of offering any compassion or explanation, they dismissively challenge patients about their expectations. No justification is provided for the extensive delays. If you're considering registering with this practice, I strongly advise against it!!!
