Frustrating pharmacy service with endless excuses

I've been attempting to get my tablets renewed through their online system for two months now, but nothing has been accomplished. Today, I visited the clinic and was informed they would consult the doctor after patient consultations at 12:30 pm and then call me back. I patiently waited until 2 pm and called them, only to be told that the task remains unfinished because all the doctors are currently in a meeting. Whenever I request to speak with a manager, they're mysteriously always in a meeting. It's no surprise that these continuous delays are negatively impacting my mental well-being.

I experienced a frustrating situation where my husband's appointment was abruptly cancelled due to a parking blockage that prevented his timely arrival. He was forced to wait behind three other people only to be informed that his appointment was no longer valid. It's incredibly disheartening when you make every effort to arrive on time, yet external circumstances beyond your control result in such an inconvenient outcome. The lack of understanding and flexibility is disappointing, particularly when the delay is not the patient's fault. A more compassionate approach would be greatly appreciated in handling such unavoidable situations.

Countless times we've sought support for our child, and each time she has categorically denied help, revealing her profound incompetence. Her English is barely comprehensible, she's perpetually distracted by her computer keyboard, and I'm convinced her medical qualification came from some absurdly brief training that might as well have involved practicing medical techniques on bamboo trees. The constant struggle for parents of special needs children is already overwhelming, made worse by our chronic exhaustion and deteriorating mental health - largely due to healthcare professionals like her who seem completely disconnected from reality. She sits behind her desk, taking perfunctory notes, yet somehow expects professional advancement. I sincerely hope that when she eventually requires medical support, she experiences the same dismissive, inadequate care she currently provides. Perhaps then she might understand the impact of her callousness. The state of our medical system is nothing short of deplorable, a shameful reflection of how we treat our most vulnerable populations.

After consulting 111's medical professional, I was immediately directed to A&E, discovering I was critically close to cardiac arrest - while Heartwood's receptionist had previously refused me an appointment, claiming my symptoms weren't serious. This practice is dangerously close to legal action for neglecting their fundamental care responsibilities and misusing NHS funding. Their "we're overwhelmed" excuse is laughable - during one visit, I waited an extra hour and observed only five patients quickly processed, with multiple receptionists visibly idle. One staff member was literally filing her nails out of sheer boredom, highlighting their complete lack of professional commitment to patient care.

Negligent care puts my granddaughter's health at risk

I'm sharing this because it concerns how my granddaughter Emily is being handled regarding her 24-hour monitoring, which has been canceled twice. She's not someone who typically complains unless she's genuinely unwell. She's been to the hospital twice, and they initially sent her home with an A&E doctor saying her blood work was normal, but the emergency department physicians later discovered something was amiss. They're not taking her seriously when she expresses that she doesn't feel well. If anything happens to her, I will personally ensure that this facility is shut down.
