Always gets me an appointment when needed

I have consistently been able to secure appointments when required for myself and my family, or the practice has contacted me as requested. The entire team has been courteous and professional, with clinical staff demonstrating good knowledge and attentive listening skills. I consider this to be an excellent practice and would happily suggest it to others.

Reception staff were helpful but service inconsistent

Generally this is a good medical practice, though it does have some notable shortcomings. The majority of the reception team are pleasant and helpful.

Prompt service with reasonable waiting times

Impossible to book an appointment here

The service fell short of expectations. I attempted to secure an appointment over several days, calling at the designated time each morning. On each occasion, I waited on hold for an extended period only to be informed that all available slots had already been allocated. This practice has been disappointing, and I wish I could reflect my dissatisfaction with a lower rating.
