Missed details on my mental health form

I absolutely cannot endorse this medical practice. While the staff are cordial, it's clear that mental health concerns are not genuinely addressed. During my multiple visits for different mental health challenges, their approach has been frustratingly generic - they simply label everything as "depression" and offer superficial advice like making lifestyle changes and self-referring to therapy, regardless of the specific issue. Although my initial condition improved somewhat, my subsequent health concern remains unresolved because their recommended talk therapy fails to adequately address the underlying problem. In my most recent appointment, I specifically requested a female doctor on my PATCHS form, yet was assigned a male physician. Despite him being kind and attentive, it was evident he hadn't thoroughly reviewed my form, resulting in certain sensitive topics being overlooked that I would have preferred discussing with a female professional. Given my complete loss of confidence in their approach, I see no value in continuing to schedule appointments with this practice. The entire experience feels futile and unsatisfactory.
