Same-day appointments when you really need them

Working in a large office, I hear colleagues share their experiences with their own medical centres, which makes me even more grateful for ours. I do have some ongoing health matters and have consistently been able to secure an appointment the same day when the situation is genuinely urgent. I don't anticipate same-day availability otherwise. The entire team has always been remarkably supportive—the reception staff perform excellently, and the clinical staff are all highly competent at what they do. During these challenging times, the care provided to the community is truly commendable. I'm very appreciative of the service.

Reception staff dismissive when booking appointments

I no longer rate this practice highly. There was one particular clinician who has since retired and was excellent, but the other staff members appear to have been hired simply because the practice needed to fill positions rather than based on merit.

I would not recommend this practice. The staff members were dismissive and did not appear to engage properly with patient concerns. The overall standard of care fell short of expectations.
