Terrible service with zero communication or care

Absolutely terrible service where they completely disregard customer input and interrupt constantly. I've been waiting an excruciatingly long 3-4 weeks for results, and their entire system is fundamentally broken. If there were a rating below zero stars, I would absolutely choose it.

Terrible reception ruins patient's medical experience

I recently visited the medical practice and attempted to describe my purpose for being there, only to be abruptly interrupted while discussing my paperwork by the most discourteous receptionist I've ever encountered!!!! Despite understanding they're experiencing significant stress, the way I was treated was absolutely appalling. She was incredibly dismissive and unhelpful. In contrast, the other staff members I've interacted with have been wonderful, taking the time to listen and providing excellent assistance. If possible, I would give a rating of negative five stars.

Terrible service at dr pals surgery nightmare

Dr pals medical practice is absolutely terrible. Securing an appointment is nearly impossible, and I've been instructed that unless my condition is critical, I must call at 8am daily hoping to get seen. When expressing concerns about my health, I was dismissively told to visit a walk-in centre or dial 111. The receptionist is incredibly unhelpful and seems disinterested when I try to explain my medical issue. Furthermore, they've declared their out-of-hours service ends at 4:30pm and refuse any appointments after that time. I'm utterly frustrated with how healthcare has deteriorated, which has driven me to start self-diagnosing and even purchasing prescribed medications online - a situation that is completely unacceptable and dangerous. Horrible service and unprofessional staff nightmare

The most unprofessional and discourteous front desk staff imaginable - I was misdirected during a referral, leading to a complete failure to secure my scheduled appointment, despite receiving prior confirmation. Having traveled an entire day back from my university for this, my anger and disappointment are entirely warranted. I would rate this experience zero stars if possible, but one star is the lowest I can give.

Terrible service with useless and unreliable gps

Only rating this 1 star because zero isn't an option. They have 3 GPS who basically operate on a part-time basis for appointments (just check their website!). Consequently, appointment slots are extremely limited, making it nearly impossible to secure one. In the past 4 instances when I've required medical attention, I've been forced to seek treatment at an alternative out-of-hours facility. Absolutely ridiculous.
