Dismissive doctor ignored my pain and repeated tests

The physician completely disregarded my input! He was set in his predetermined perspective and bulldozed right through my concerns. He proceeded to request medical tests that I explicitly informed him had already been completed. Despite my attempts to communicate, he paid no attention. All the while, I'm experiencing unbearable, searing pain! An absolute disaster of a medical consultation.

Incredibly frustrating experience trying to contact the surgery by phone on a Thursday evening around 5 PM. After multiple unsuccessful call attempts, I finally reached a recorded message at 5:15 PM stating the surgery was closed, despite their website clearly indicating telephone availability during those hours (Monday to Friday, 8:00-12:30 and 14:00-18:30).

Friendly staff make this medical practice shine

The staff here consistently demonstrate excellent and supportive service, even during moments of occasional pressure, quickly regaining their composure. My sole reservation is regarding consultations with doctors - I would much prefer a direct, visual interaction, such as a Skype call, where at least you can see the person you're communicating with. Nonetheless, all the general practitioners are kind and accommodating. The practice nurses and nursing assistants are particularly wonderful. Marion, in particular, stands out as exceptional. Ultimately, I'm puzzled by the complaints I've heard from others, as my experience has been largely positive.

She even went the extra mile by exploring alternative options at Buckland hospital on my behalf! This practice is significantly superior to my previous healthcare provider.

Frustrating experience with unhelpful medical staff

Unhelpful front desk staff made online appointment booking impossible. When I called to explain my difficulties, I was told to use the online system, but needed to justify my medical need first. Then I had to wait for a callback from a doctor who would decide whether I actually required an appointment. The entire process was incredibly frustrating and inefficient. It seems practically impossible to secure a medical consultation when you genuinely need one.
