Terrible healthcare that endangers young children

Absolutely terrible medical experience! Any effort to consult a physician gets redirected to a phone conversation with a nurse. They casually prescribe medication after a quick discussion. This approach resulted in my 3-year-old being emergency transported to the hospital for an issue that a general practitioner could have easily addressed. They even declined to examine a 3-week-old infant.

Terrible service from a miserable front desk staff

The front desk staff was incredibly discourteous. I attempted to schedule an appointment through their website but encountered difficulties. Upon calling, I repeatedly explained my situation, yet the receptionist simply kept insisting I book online, completely disregarding my problem. Their attitude was abrasive and seemed like they were taking out personal frustrations on customers. This medical practice desperately requires new leadership and a customer-friendly reception staff who actually listens and helps patients.

Worst medical experience ever terrible care and service

A disastrous surgical experience that has left me battling health issues for more than seven months. No diagnosis, no diagnostic tests to determine the underlying problem. The medical team is completely unhelpful and uncooperative. Each visit involves a different physician, resulting in zero progress. The staff's attitude is shockingly unprofessional and discourteous. I absolutely cannot recommend this facility to anyone. Ironically, they seem marginally competent only when dealing with non-critical medical concerns.

Mastan, the physiotherapist, was truly exceptional. He not only alleviated my back pain but also helped me feel calm and eased my stress during the treatment. Moreover, he provided me with excellent home exercise recommendations. It was worthwhile to set aside my apprehensions and have faith in his expertise, believing he would help me improve. The surgical reception staff are incredibly unprofessional and hostile - they clearly shouldn't be in a customer-facing role if they can't handle basic human interaction. Worst medical service ever absolute nightmare experience

Terrible customer experience. Test outcomes vanish into thin air, forcing patients to track down results weeks after the fact! Scheduled immunizations slip through the cracks, again leaving patients to handle administrative tasks. The overall demeanor is incredibly unprofessional and indifferent. Expect to be shuttled between incorrect departments as staff demonstrate zero commitment to helping. I'm not typically one to voice complaints, but after four consecutive instances of incompetence, it becomes utterly ridiculous. The management's solution is to have patients conduct a staff meeting highlighting their mistakes - isn't that precisely what management should be doing? If you're seeking a medical practice where you'll essentially perform the work staff are being paid to complete, then look no further!

Terrible medical care that could have killed me

I strongly advise against registering with this medical practice, and honestly, even one star seems generous. After relocating to the area, I attempted to join the nearest Surgery, completing their online Pre Registration and Patient Questionnaire beforehand. I was in a terrible condition, believing I had severe flu, and urgently needed critical repeat medication. Some staff members genuinely tried assisting me, placing me in a separate room as I was distraught and disoriented. Eventually, the manager descended and coldly informed me that I hadn't registered with their specific Surgery, claiming their practice doesn't offer online registration. She accused her staff of wasting time helping me and demanded I leave immediately. I was certain I had contacted their specific Surgery, with 16 documented phone calls over two days, alongside multiple 111 service consultations. 111 had even contacted this Surgery explaining my urgent situation, but they repeatedly denied responsibility. My condition deteriorated rapidly. Eventually, 111 arranged a doctor's appointment at Buckland Hospital. The physician discovered I was experiencing medication withdrawal symptoms and warned I was extremely fortunate to have been seen when I was - further delay could have been fatal. He provided a prescription which I immediately filled. The Surgery's management needs to review the evidence of my registration. I'm now undergoing additional medical tests to determine potential health complications from being callously turned away. The Buckland Hospital doctor mentioned patients experiencing registration difficulties should receive a specific contact number - information I was previously unaware of. Once I receive my medical test results, I intend to file a formal complaint if any lasting damage has resulted from their deceitful and negligent treatment.

Rude doctor provides terrible and dangerous care

As a first-time patient, I was deeply disappointed by the doctor's complete lack of professional compassion and basic interpersonal skills, which made me question the value of my decades of national insurance contributions. The consultation was entirely inadequate: he skipped a physical examination, ignored my medical background, and prescribed medication despite my clear warnings about previous adverse reactions. He showed no concern about potential side effects and provided zero instructions on how to take the prescribed drugs. His approach was shockingly dismissive and potentially dangerous. While I support international medical professionals working in our healthcare system, it is crucial that they demonstrate appropriate clinical competence and genuine patient care. This doctor's approach falls far short of acceptable professional standards. His unprofessional demeanor suggests he might be more suited to a healthcare environment with lower expectations of medical courtesy and patient respect. Such an attitude is unacceptable in our healthcare system. Consequently, I will absolutely not schedule any future appointments with this physician.
