Terrible medical practice with zero patient care

If I could award this practice zero stars, I absolutely would. Once a decent healthcare provider, they've now become utterly deplorable. My health concerns were repeatedly sidelined by their incompetent approach. Their no-advance-booking policy is beyond ridiculous. Receptionists were unhelpful and dismissive, leaving patients feeling completely unheard. The daily 8am phone marathon just to potentially secure a doctor's appointment was an absolute nightmare. I found myself letting serious health issues deteriorate because of their absurd administrative chaos. Ultimately, I decided to relocate - and it was UNQUESTIONABLY THE BEST DECISION EVER. Their system is fundamentally broken, with staff seemingly having no genuine patient care. Yet, they magically found time to bombard patients with constant COVID vaccination reminders. Whoever designed their administrative and appointment protocols desperately needs replacing. Their standard excuse about being understaffed rings hollow, especially when they continue accepting new patients. For anyone struggling with mental health, this practice will only exacerbate your challenges. I strongly recommend checking out Alexander Road or Crestview. This place is nothing but pure, unnecessary stress.
