Exceptional medical care with outstanding customer service

I truly cannot find a single flaw with this medical practice. I called to schedule two appointments for my family this week. They promptly offered a routine slot for my son in just two days, which was exactly what I needed. When I phoned this morning for my partner, the receptionist (Lottie) was exceptional. She went out of her way to secure an appointment that aligned perfectly with his work commitments. She returned my call precisely when she promised. I am genuinely impressed by this practice. It is undoubtedly the best in the area and the most outstanding medical facility I have ever encountered. The doctors are incredibly knowledgeable and attentive to patients' concerns, the nursing staff are outstanding, and the healthcare assistants are wonderfully friendly. I genuinely cannot find a single negative thing to say about this practice.

Absolutely dreadful service. My elderly mother, 86 years old, has just been discharged from the hospital after suffering a broken hip, and now she's contracted a chest infection. When we tried to book a medical appointment for her urgent situation, we were coldly informed no slots were available for tomorrow. It's outrageous that despite paying their salaries through our taxes, we're being dismissed and treated with such disrespect.

My scheduled telephone consultation was set for the time window of 1:30 to 2:00 pm Instead, they called me at 4:15 pm I was unable to take the call as I was collecting medication for my wife, whom I care for I regret to say this isn't an isolated incident ☹ And it will be the final straw - I'm switching healthcare providers
