Subpar and extremely ineffective. Multiple incorrect diagnoses and a complete lack of empathy towards patient requirements - particularly challenging for senior citizens and those unable to leave their homes!

Lifesaver staff at highfield surgery saved the day

During my friend's trip from the United States, she realized she was without her essential medication. The morning receptionist went above and beyond, assisting us in obtaining her prescription immediately. Surprisingly, other medical practices had declined to help her. I'm uncertain about the reasons behind their refusal. Highfield Surgery absolutely deserves a perfect 5-star rating for their exceptional service.

Unfair medical practice hurts local community access

Why won't this medical practice accept patients from neighboring postcodes that are just a bit outside their usual area? All the surrounding clinics are completely overwhelmed, yet this particular surgery always answers the phone promptly. It seems their approach is to deliberately exclude residents from less affluent neighborhoods. They didn't even bother to properly process my registration attempt or request my basic details, which goes against their professional obligations.
