Getting an appointment with my regular physician seems like an impossible task. Each visit, I'm greeted by a different doctor, and during my last consultation, the GP admitted she needed guidance from a senior colleague and would call me back the following day. The entire process fills me with anxiety whenever I require medical attention or need to schedule a visit.

Family's Trusted GP for 30 Years

I've been a patient at this practice for three decades. Back when Dr. Ridell was here, before his departure, my entire family has been under their care - from my parents and siblings to my now 3-year-old daughter. This is truly the finest general practice with incredibly compassionate, efficient, and highly professional staff. I cannot emphasize enough how much I recommend them. If possible, I'd give more than 5 stars! :) Physicians like Dr. Dickie, Dr. Sarah Dodd, and nurse Angelic, who has helped with my daughter's immunizations, have been exceptionally supportive and kind. As a first-time mother, I've consistently sought their guidance for various concerns, and they've always provided expert professional advice that reassures me completely. I absolutely adore these wonderful healthcare professionals. Dr. Ghandi is also an exceptional doctor who has accompanied me throughout my entire cancer journey, offering unwavering support from the beginning. He's such a considerate gentleman who provides incredibly professional guidance. I truly cannot praise this medical practice enough and am incredibly grateful ☺️☺️☺️

Stressed and Sick, Sent Away Without Help

Absolutely dreadful experience trying to secure an appointment, with front desk staff seemingly dedicated to turning patients away or pushing them to self-book online. Constant staff turnover and an overwhelmingly stressed environment. After being seriously hospitalized and instructed by my doctor to schedule a follow-up, I arrived still weak and exhausted, only to be subjected to 15 minutes of bureaucratic runaround. They were completely indifferent to my fragile health, ultimately dismissing me with an impersonal text link to book my own appointment. The medical staff are mediocre at best, with only one compassionate, community-focused doctor who has since departed. I'm extremely close to filing a formal complaint with the ombudsman and am meticulously documenting my ongoing interactions. Even now, fresh from hospital discharge, I've attempted to contact them via email, only to discover they provide no public email address. Seriously ill patients should not be forced to navigate such exhausting administrative obstacles! I am now compelled to physically visit their office AGAIN!

Quick Help During My Breathing Scare

My daughter regularly sees this medical practice and has always been thoroughly satisfied. When I unexpectedly experienced respiratory issues during my visit with her, even though I'm not officially a patient at Highgate, they were incredibly accommodating. They scheduled me an appointment with remarkable speed. Dr. Dickie was exceptionally compassionate and comforting. She was meticulous in her approach and provided care that exceeded all my expectations, leaving me completely impressed with their professionalism and support.

Severe sepsis overlooked despite clear, critical warning signs. Unacceptable. While errors can occur, accountability seems absent. My extended stay revealed systemic shortcomings.
