Should your call get disconnected, you're completely out of luck, as every single time slot is already reserved for trivial health issues. Even with a critical situation like an infant experiencing an allergic reaction, it appears that routine sniffles and minor ailments take precedence.

I spent a total of four hours on hold, split between morning and afternoon, for a critical phone consultation. Upon finally reaching a representative, I was met with complete indifference. She casually explained away the delay with technical difficulties, dismissively informing me that all available slots were now gone and offering no alternative solutions. The entire experience was profoundly frustrating and utterly unhelpful, especially given the pressing nature of my situation.
