Terrible service and unhelpful medical staff

Completely unacceptable. Previously, same-day appointments were available. Now, a three-week wait is standard unless it's a supposed 'emergency' - and if it truly were an emergency, I'd head straight to the hospital! The receptionist was defensive and unprofessional when her own sarcastic attitude was mirrored back at her. Utterly hypocritical. I'm definitely switching medical practices because this surgery and its associated clinics are simply not worth the hassle.

Poor Service and Privacy Issues at Medical Practice

The level of service is quite lacking, as any staff member, including receptionists, is permitted to disclose medical information about patients. The management of records leaves much to be desired, and the doctors often appear to be inexperienced trainees who do not listen attentively. Recently, I received inaccurate details regarding my situation. As someone with a disability, I have faced the unfortunate circumstance of having my benefits terminated! Based on my experience here, I cannot recommend this practice at all. However, it seems there has been gradual improvement since they merged with a different clinic.

Exceptional Care Saved My Life With Kindness

In my opinion, both the physicians and the reception staff are exceptional. The receptionists consistently display kindness, cheerfulness, and an eagerness to assist. Two years ago, it was the quick actions of a receptionist followed by a doctor that ultimately saved my life. I've observed some individuals being quite disrespectful towards the receptionists. If you approach others with respect, there’s a good chance they will reciprocate that same level of courtesy toward you.
