Worst medical experience ever with rude clinician
Harjit (presumably a medical professional) has been utterly unprofessional. Her demeanor is discourteous and brusque. She comes across as extremely dismissive and patronizing. Throughout our interactions, her conduct has been unacceptable. During a morning phone consultation, she didn't introduce herself and abruptly asked about my issue. Despite my explaining a gradual discomfort, she rudely suggested I should have gone to A&E! I was astounded, arguing that A&E is typically for emergencies, not mild, developing symptoms. She dismissively scheduled an appointment. I arrived early for my 10:30 appointment and checked in at reception. Despite seeing her previous patient leave, no one attended to me. At 10:55, I inquired about the delay. Reception attempted to contact her without success. By 11:00, I requested a different appointment, unsurprised that I planned to file a complaint. Harjit's behavior is deplorable. She demonstrates an appalling attitude, offers nonsensical advice, and appears to possess an unwarranted superiority complex. Ironically, she seems completely incompetent. When a senior patient service assistant addressed my complaint, she dishonestly claimed Harjit's A&E recommendation was precautionary. This was patently false. She alleged she'd reviewed the call recording - impossible, as I was directly involved! The conversation was accusatory, not cautionary. Regarding my appointment, she claimed I wasn't properly checked in - despite my checking in and reception staff confirming they had processed me. The receptionist who verified my check-in was supposedly lying? It appears the entire surgery operates through mutual cover-ups and deception. My subsequent appointment involved being assigned a different doctor than originally scheduled, with staff fabricating explanations. The entire system seems fundamentally broken. From clinicians to receptionists to complaint handlers, incompetence and dishonesty reign supreme. Based on other reviews, my experience is not unique. Additional issues include unresolved blood test result follow-ups, with promised callbacks never materializing.

I am utterly appalled by the treatment I received from Dr. Rasul during my consultation on April 3rd. Not only did this healthcare professional callously disregard my mental health and anxiety concerns as inconsequential, but they also had the audacity to hurl a deeply offensive slur at me as I was departing—specifically targeting me as an individual with autism. Such unprofessional and discriminatory behavior is absolutely unacceptable. I cannot and will not recommend this general practitioner under any circumstances.

This medical facility is an absolute embarrassment. The physicians consistently cut you off mid-sentence and refuse to allow patients to articulate their concerns. Avoid attempting to contact them by phone - I was stuck as "first in queue" for nearly an hour before someone finally picked up, only to be redirected back to their useless online platform.
