Terrible healthcare experience with zero compassion

Repulsive, revolting, callous towards patients, I was left feeling even more despondent. I had hoped this appointment would finally provide relief, but that was a cruel illusion. They demonstrated complete indifference to my suffering, clearly aiming to dismiss me as quickly as possible. Their dismissive attitudes minimized my pain. Trust the negative reviews and ignore any positive ones, as this establishment is far worse than a single star could indicate. I sincerely hope they cease operations immediately. Patients deserve compassionate healthcare professionals who actually care about human pain. How can these individuals work in medicine with such profound lack of empathy? The entire experience was utterly deplorable. I will forever remember this traumatic encounter. Absolutely useless. Zero stars.

Getting an appointment at this place is an absolute nightmare - they're perpetually booked solid. Even if you miraculously secure an emergency slot, the consultation feels incredibly hurried, with physicians seemingly eager to usher you out as quickly as possible. The process is absurdly inefficient; if you happen to have multiple health concerns, you're forced to schedule separate visits, which is completely impractical. The constant rushing leads to numerous medical errors. In my personal experience, my daughter's condition deteriorated because her medication wasn't administered properly, resulting in a hospital stay. This medical practice desperately needs significant systemic improvements.

Don't underestimate this medical practice. Please give it a chance despite the low reviews. The reception team is always helpful, even when trying to book an appointment, and remember you can request a place in the queue. Dr. Kaur is an exceptional general practitioner who goes above and beyond for her patients, truly taking the time to listen to their needs and concerns. All medical staff here are highly professional, and the nursing team is equally friendly. The pharmacy right next door is incredibly convenient! I've experienced hardly any issues with this surgery during my years as a patient. The location has good public transport connections; the only drawback is limited parking, though routes remain accessible. The 907 and number 7 buses are nearby. Overall, I'd rate this surgery 3 stars. 👍

Terrible first impression at medical office

The front desk staff exhibited an appalling lack of professionalism, with the receptionist displaying a clear disinterest in patient care and more concern for her own appearance. Upon our arrival, we were curtly told to wear a mask in a loud, dismissive tone, with no immediate offer of available masks at the entrance. When I was simply ensuring my sister was properly equipped, I was aggressively interrogated about personal information before being given a chance to respond. The reception team's behavior is unacceptably hostile and creates an uncomfortable atmosphere. Management urgently needs to address the rudeness and unwelcoming demeanor of their front desk personnel.
