Excellent!

Reception staff made me feel genuinely valued

I'm unable to understand the criticism I've seen elsewhere, as I have attended several medical practices and this one stands out significantly from the others. The service has been outstanding, encompassing everyone from the clinical staff through to the administrative team. It's worth considering that healthcare is provided without charge at the time of use, and whilst people contribute through taxation, the value received over a lifetime typically far exceeds what any individual pays in.

Long-term patient frustrated by pharmacy ordering issues

I have been a patient at this practice for many years and have consistently received very good care. Recently, I experienced some health concerns which were handled exceptionally well by the clinical team. However, I have encountered difficulties with the pharmacy arrangements. I have been receiving medications that I did not request, and despite informing the practice on several occasions that I prefer to order my regular prescriptions online as needed, this preference does not appear to have been acted upon. I am hopeful that discussing this matter with the practice pharmacy team will help resolve the issue. Given my background in healthcare and my long experience managing my ongoing condition, I am confident in my ability to manage my own medication ordering. I remain very grateful for the excellent clinical support I have received recently.

Practice ignored hospital letter about medication needs

I found the experience at this practice to be deeply disappointing. Despite presenting documentation from the hospital outlining necessary medication requirements, the practice declined to provide what was needed. There appears to be a fundamental disconnect between what patients require and what the practice is willing to offer. The level of attentiveness to patient needs felt minimal, and I would caution others before choosing to register here. I was troubled by what seemed to be a lack of understanding regarding the seriousness of my health situation. The refusal to continue medication that had been prescribed as part of an ongoing treatment plan left me in a difficult position and caused me considerable concern about my wellbeing. The overall experience has left me with serious reservations about the standard of care provided at this practice.

Online booking made appointments straightforward

I've consistently been able to secure appointments at times that work for me. I use the online booking system to arrange telephone consultations, which has been straightforward. The clinician I regularly see has been excellent and stands out as the finest healthcare professional I've encountered. The team members have always appeared friendly and provided genuine assistance whenever I've made contact by phone or visited in person. I'm very grateful for the service I've received.

Appointment availability has become increasingly difficult

The quality of care at this practice has deteriorated considerably over time. The appointment system is frustrating, with availability becoming increasingly difficult to access. On one occasion, when attempting to book a callback appointment in the morning, I was informed that all slots for that day were already fully booked.
