This medical practice is absolutely dreadful. Their appointment system is a complete nightmare - if you dare to call even a minute before 8am, you're already stuck behind a massive queue of 30 people, and when you finally get through, they claim to be fully booked every single time. The receptionist staff are unhelpful and confrontational. Waiting for test results is an exercise in futility; you're forced to constantly chase them down, and even then they instruct you to call back repeatedly. I strongly advise anyone against registering with this surgery, as their service is appallingly poor, and their standard response is simply to redirect you to call 111. The entire experience is absolutely terrible.

I've been trying to schedule an appointment by calling 2-3 times, but every time they tell me to call back in the morning. When I call between 9-9:30 am, they still insist I should call at 8 am. There's no clear appointment system at this GP, and having lived in London, I've never encountered such confusing practices. I'm frustrated that they're not providing appointments for urgent needs, and the receptionist was extremely unhelpful. As if that wasn't bad enough, they're pushing me towards an e-consultation, which is ridiculous - how can anyone effectively explain their medical concerns over a phone call? It's simply not feasible.

Completely DETERIORATED The Scottish-accented receptionist was incredibly discourteous, abruptly hanging up on me and showing zero willingness to assist - the Ealing hospital staff were stunned by our interaction. She completely silenced me - I spent 2 hours traveling for an urgent appointment and sacrificed a full workday for this. Hillview Surgery, this is absolutely unacceptable. I STRONGLY urge you to either provide this employee with proper customer service training or hire someone who understands basic professional communication. The receptionist consistently displays an unprofessional attitude, dismissively claiming no appointments are available and speaking in an incredibly discourteous manner. During an urgent situation, she showed zero empathy, simply repeating "no appointment today" and when I inquired about tomorrow, she coldly instructed me to call back then. I've attempted to book an appointment multiple times without success. What's the purpose of paying such high health insurance premiums when I cannot secure a single appointment in months? If given the opportunity to rate their service, I would assign a negative rating because even one star would be far too generous for their abysmal customer service.

My interaction with Nurse Sadia was incredibly aggravating. With just a quarter-hour remaining before my scheduled appointment, she abruptly canceled, stating the flu vaccine was unavailable. Her handling of the situation was even more unprofessional - she proceeded to conduct a hasty Google search right in my presence, ultimately recommending that I purchase the vaccine at a pharmacy. Such a display of incompetence and poor planning is absolutely unacceptable. Healthcare professionals should provide far more considerate and competent service to their patients. The entire experience was deeply unsatisfactory. I strongly urge the GP practice manager to investigate and address this unacceptable conduct.

Later that day, I received a brief call where the doctor hastily diagnosed me with a basic fever based solely on a quick phone discussion. Frustrated, I promptly sought out a private medical professional who conducted comprehensive tests and confirmed I actually have pneumonia. My advice: avoid relying on NHS and invest in proper medical care that provides thorough examination and accurate diagnosis.

The entire staff, from the front desk personnel to the nursing team, were exceptionally warm, friendly, and compassionate. Later in the day, I called regarding a prescription, and the staff member I spoke with was equally supportive and accommodating. I am thoroughly impressed with your healthcare facility and would enthusiastically rate your service a perfect 10/10. Continue maintaining this outstanding level of care and professionalism.

Terrible nurse service at medical practice

I recently consulted nurse Tamana Sayed and had an absolutely terrible encounter. Her demeanor was extremely unprofessional and dismissive. Despite seeking help for my ongoing health concern, she callously suggested that treatment was only viable for individuals over 50 years old. She even claimed to experience similar symptoms herself, casually recommending I simply take pain medication. Is this the quality of care we receive after paying substantial NHS fees? This isn't an isolated incident - previously, when my husband sought medical assistance, the GP prescribed such strong pain medication that it caused nosebleeds. It seems they're more interested in creating paperwork to demonstrate their work rather than providing genuinely helpful medical treatment. The level of care is shockingly inadequate. I cannot and will not recommend this medical practice to anyone under any circumstances.
