For the past three weeks, I've been battling a painful eczema outbreak. Attempting to get my prescription filled has been a nightmare, with staff showing complete disrespect. Even at the pharmacy, a young employee tried to argue with me, denying me the basic respect a patient deserves. At Hillview surgery, I've experienced nothing but time-wasting and incompetence. I waited an entire weekend for a prescription that never arrived. Dr. Nick Patel was dishonest and arrogant, ignoring my advice and refusing to prescribe the agreed treatment until a future appointment. A week has passed since my initial call, with reception providing deceptive information - a total disgrace to medical professionalism. My scalp infection, which I sought help for at my local GP, remains unresolved after six months. I started with a full head of hair and now have none. I've been repeatedly misdiagnosed and forced to visit Urgent Care at Ealing Hospital twice. Returning to Hillview Surgery at 177 Bilton Road, I encountered a complete disregard for my health and well-being. This amounts to a breach of duty of care, medical malpractice, and retaliatory behavior for simply asking questions. Two weeks ago, I provided a hair sample following all correct procedures, including name, date of birth, and medical record number. Dr. Siva called me today, being dismissive and confrontational, and hung up on me - despite me remaining calm and respectful. She claimed my sample information was incomplete and destroyed, refusing to share details about the lab or her sources. During my last visit, staff created a scene, becoming argumentative. A clinician named Kate even told me to "shut up" while I was trying to ask a question. This has been a traumatic, harrowing, and stressful experience with so-called medical professionals at Hillview surgery who have failed to treat me like a patient. My medical condition remains unresolved, and I'm still recovering from degenerative disc disease surgery, having recently seen my neurologist, Dr. Pezarakos, at UCLH, Queens Square. I urgently seek attention to this very serious matter.

I have had a scalp infection, that i went to my local G.P. service to resolve, after six months still no resolution. I started out with a full head of hair, now I have no hair,.have been repeatedly misdiagnosed, have had to go Urgent care in Ealing hospital, twice. went back to surgery, Hillview Surgery 177 Bilton Road. Worst medical experience ever with unprofessional staff
Absolutely dreadful experience with Dr. Weam Adama at this practice. I endured a wait exceeding an hour and attempted to understand the delay from the front desk staff, who seemed uncertain about the prolonged wait. When the clinician finally emerged, she curtly claimed she had already contacted me and refused to see me, delivering this message with complete disrespect and without even making eye contact. In reality, I had been present the entire time and no one had called my name at all! The sole bright spot was the manager, who was helpful and assisted me in seeing an alternative healthcare provider.

Unprofessional service wasted my precious time
On the date of 05/03/2024, I scheduled a consultation with a General Practitioner, but I was frustrated to find that I was unexpectedly assigned to a nurse without prior notice. The nurse demonstrated a lack of understanding regarding my medical issue. As a result, I squandered valuable time and was compelled to take additional time off work to arrange another appointment. It was evident that the nurse was not equipped to properly assess my condition, as diagnosis is fundamentally the responsibility of the doctor.

Unprofessional receptionist with terrible phone etiquette
During a phone call on February 27th at 1:30 PM, the receptionist displayed an incredibly unprofessional demeanor. Her voice was so faint and distant that I had to request her to speak up. In response, she dramatically increased the volume to an extreme level, nearly causing damage to my hearing. Such behavior is absolutely unacceptable and demonstrates a complete lack of customer service etiquette.
