I suspect that any reported problems might actually stem from other sources... after all, difficult individuals can be found in any setting... Update: My satisfaction with this establishment has drastically declined. What was once a positive experience has devolved into a series of frustrating encounters. I can no longer endorse this practice. From treatment quality to front desk interactions, my grievances are numerous. My initial positive perspective has been completely transformed. Basic professional courtesy seems absent - staff frequently cut phone conversations short, leaving patients' questions unanswered. Customer service and respect are essentially non-existent. Clinically, my ongoing health concerns have been systematically ignored. In one alarming incident, I was unnecessarily sent to the emergency room, resulting in a traumatic experience with absolutely no medical justification. Despite being told I was in an emergency situation, no follow-up occurred. Remarkably, I contracted COVID during my sole visit, despite meticulously following all recommended safety protocols. There's zero indication of any systematic improvement efforts. Regarding blood test results, communication has been woefully inadequate. I've received minimal guidance about findings or subsequent steps. The continuous burden of self-diagnosis is incredibly exhausting and deeply frustrating. Old review: I found this practice exceptional, appreciating the environment where I could openly discuss my health concerns. The entire team - doctors, nurses, and reception staff - demonstrated remarkable sensitivity and attentiveness. Contrary to negative reports, my experience has been overwhelmingly positive. I've consistently been treated with profound respect, care, and transparency - qualities I deeply value. The clarity of communication has been instrumental in building my trust in the medical team. I confidently recommend this surgery, noting that referral processes have been seamless and efficient.
