Terrible healthcare experience with untrustworthy medical staff

Disrespectful and uninformed personnel mishandle medication from recurring prescriptions that mysteriously vanish. The healthcare staff and physicians are dishonest about the missing drugs, displaying an incredibly pompous attitude as though they operate a premium clinic. They're perpetually under scrutiny, and patients should absolutely steer clear of this practice.

Fantastic surgical experience. The reception team - Libby, Sarah, and Carol - consistently provide a warm welcome and help patients feel comfortable. The physicians are all outstanding, with Dr Chalissery particularly excelling at creating a personalized appointment atmosphere. I would gladly suggest this medical practice to my loved ones.

The medical practice is quite decent, with a pristine environment and courteous personnel. A major convenience is the pharmacy located within the same facility, and the option to request prescription refills online is a definite plus. However, the significant drawback is the lengthy wait times to consult your specific physician. If you don't have a consistent doctor and must see whoever is available, it can be challenging to effectively communicate ongoing health concerns, as you'll need to repeatedly explain your medical history to different practitioners.
