UNBELIEVABLE. I arrived precisely at 8:00 am for registration. Three employees were present, with one claiming to be overwhelmed and directing me to a paper listing alternative locations. Despite being the sole client in the waiting area, they were occupied with phone calls and refused to even provide a registration form. I remained standing until I explicitly requested the form, which was reluctantly passed to me. As a result, I'm completely abandoning their services and will actively pursue other options.

The website's location details are woefully inadequate, with even Citymapper struggling to pinpoint the exact address amid a cluster of buildings. Downloadable forms are incomplete, virtually guaranteeing you'll be sent away and instructed to return another day with additional paperwork that they arbitrarily distribute when they're too swamped to process them immediately. The reception staff are monumentally inefficient, with one particularly venomous employee who seems to be competing for the title of Most Hostile Practice Receptionist. Just imagine her demeanor on a day when you're already feeling unwell... what good are competent doctors if patients can't even get past this abrasive frontline? After scanning other reviews, it's clear I'm not alone in my dissatisfaction. The clinic's persistent failure to address these ongoing issues is profoundly telling. If you have any alternative medical facilities available, I strongly advise seeking care elsewhere.

Their attitude genuinely impacts my emotional well-being. During my initial registration two weeks ago, I was already feeling emotionally fragile, and the receptionist's extreme discourtesy pushed me over the edge, causing me to break down in tears and lose my composure. I genuinely sympathize with the management team at this clinic, as their front-line staff clearly fail to represent the centre in a professional and welcoming manner.
