Compassionate care during my long covid struggle

On Friday, September 2nd, I contacted the medical clinic regarding my ongoing battle with long Covid. I was feeling incredibly distressed due to the intense pain I was experiencing. When I spoke with Sharon, the receptionist, she was incredibly compassionate and helped me feel more relaxed. Subsequently, I was able to consult with a physician. I must emphasize that this medical practice provides outstanding care, from the front desk staff to the doctors. Despite facing numerous challenges, they consistently maintain a positive and welcoming attitude.

Absolute worst general practitioner... I've been struggling to secure an appointment, and when I finally arrived, I was informed that no booking existed under my name. The receptionist, Sharon, desperately needs training in basic customer service and professional communication. Terrible service from my unresponsive local gp

Getting medical assistance here is incredibly frustrating. Scheduling a simple telephone consultation for a routine sick note renewal was a nightmare - I had to wait 8 days past my previous note's expiration, and despite being promised a call, nothing happened. The service is absolutely terrible. I'm relocating soon, and I'm eagerly looking forward to switching to a different general practitioner practice.

Terrible healthcare service leaves patient in agony

The general practitioners are completely unresponsive when I'm experiencing such intense pain that walking is a challenge. My last consultation was a fortnight ago, and they prescribed medication that proved ineffective. I attempted to contact them recently but was met with an automated system directing me to call back. Today, I finally reached a receptionist named Kay, who adopted a dismissive and sarcastic attitude when I voiced my frustration. Her response of 'I don't work in a bar' to my comment about being able to purchase a drink but not see a doctor was utterly unprofessional. The entire situation is appalling. I hope these healthcare professionals are proud of the abysmal service they're providing.

Unhelpful staff and terrible patient care experience

The reception staff behave like they're omnipotent. I called repeatedly over four consecutive days, struggling with mental health challenges and overwhelming anxiety. Absolutely zero support was offered, and I was bluntly dismissed with no possibility of speaking to anyone. It's laughably ironic that their welcome message claims 'evening and weekend appointments are now available' - which is completely false. They show zero concern for patients, with receptionists acting as if they have medical expertise. The practice is desperately lacking since Dr. Rai's departure; he was unquestionably the most exceptional doctor I've ever encountered. Without him, the surgery is utterly dysfunctional.

Terrible service and complete healthcare frustration

I've been persistently phoning the medical practice day after day, seeking a doctor's consultation, and each time I'm informed there are zero available appointments until May 14th. I'm unable to obtain my hospital scan results, and my health concerns are urgent right now, not something to be postponed. This is completely unacceptable and I absolutely cannot recommend their service.
