Couldn't get an appointment for a week
Extremely frustrated!! I have been attempting to book an appointment for more than a week!! I am unable to secure one or access emergency services!!! On a previous occasion I had to go to hospital for a short course of medication but experienced lengthy waiting times, and the healthcare professional there seemed irritated about the visit for this particular treatment! if something serious happens then this medical practice will be responsible as i AM NEVER ABLE TO GET AN APPOINTMENT - worst GP experience I have had

I've found that the quality of care at this practice varies considerably from one clinician to another. Some staff members are genuinely kind, professional and considerate, making you feel valued and heard. However, many others come across as dismissive, patronising and lacking in interpersonal skills. It would benefit those individuals to reflect on their approach to patient interactions or consider whether this profession is the right fit for them. That said, I'm grateful for the smaller group of exceptional clinicians who clearly take satisfaction in their work and are genuinely committed to supporting their patients.
