I hadn't seen the doctor for nearly two years because the previous method of booking felt cumbersome and time-consuming, but this new system has made scheduling an appointment much more straightforward.

When the initial prescription contained an error, the same staff member intervened again, liaising with the in-house pharmacy team and keeping me informed throughout the resolution process. I was deeply anxious about potential delays in my baby receiving the necessary medication and the health implications this might have. This staff member's reassurance and commitment to expediting a review of the situation significantly alleviated my concerns. I would welcome seeing more team members demonstrate such dedication, helpfulness, friendliness, and empathetic support. I am grateful for the assistance provided and for helping reduce one of the many worries that come with being a new parent.
