Phlebotomist got it right first time
I attended an appointment in the morning for a blood test and was seen by a member of the phlebotomy team. They were very calm and professional, and managed to complete the procedure on the first attempt, which has not always been my experience in the past. Previously, I have sometimes needed to be seen by multiple staff members to have blood drawn successfully. I was very satisfied with the service provided and wanted to convey my gratitude for the care received.
