Finally felt properly listened to here

This is the best run medical centre I have ever had the privilege to register at. From day one, the clinical staff have treated me with respect, compassion and professional guidance. When attending for tests, the nursing team were professional and made me feel at ease. Reception staff are second to none, whether in person or on the phone. I have at times seen other staff members too, and I have only positive things to say about them. I have felt truly listened to for the first time in a long while.
