Prescription Nightmare Before Spain Trip

What a complete farce! I wasted a quarter of an hour attempting to reorder my prescription via telephone, only to be informed I must either visit the medical center or install a mobile application! After downloading the app and creating an account, the system refuses to verify my identity, rendering it completely useless! Now I'm heading to Spain for two weeks without any asthma inhalers. I'm totally defeated!!!!!!

Awful reception and no doctors at Huntccliff

Absolutely horrendous customer service at reception... impossible to reach anyone by phone for extended periods... when I finally attempted to call at 8am, I was met with a perpetually busy signal and abrupt disconnection. When reception eventually responded, they callously stated no doctors were available. As a result, I've switched to Hillside, which offers a completely contrasting experience - competent, streamlined, attentive, and genuinely concerned - everything Huntccliff is not.

What was once a commendable service has now deteriorated into a deeply disappointing experience.

Rude Staff Ruined My Medical Appointment

Appalling medical experience from start to finish. The front desk staff were completely unhelpful and discourteous. Despite arriving just slightly past my scheduled time, the nurse refused to check my blood pressure, citing tardiness. The doctor's decision to discontinue my blood pressure medication led to significant health complications. I absolutely will not recommend or return to this clinic under any circumstances.

Despite the challenges of balancing full-time work and navigating lengthy phone calls to secure a timely appointment, I understand the strain of current healthcare resource limitations. Nevertheless, when I finally meet with a physician, I'm consistently struck by their exceptional care and expertise (I've consulted three doctors so far). During my 5 pm appointment yesterday evening, I anticipated encountering a tired professional eager to wrap up the day quickly. To my pleasant surprise, that wasn't the case at all! I want to extend my heartfelt gratitude to Dr. Fish for his compassionate approach, genuine sensitivity, and remarkable empathy, as well as to the entire staff for maintaining their composure and patience during these difficult circumstances.

As a recent patient at Huntcliffe Surgery, I've been thoroughly impressed with their proactive approach to healthcare. During my initial visit, they promptly identified that my blood pressure needed checking. The nurse also noticed some arm mobility issues and swiftly referred me to physiotherapy. I was amazed to receive a physio appointment within a week, with a follow-up at Brotton hospital, which was equally outstanding. When I recently experienced an asthma flare-up, they managed to schedule me an appointment within 24 hours. Every single staff member I've encountered has been incredibly helpful and professional 👏

Prescription Nightmare at This Awful Surgery

Steer clear of these medical professionals. They completely neglect to process your medication orders. I called on Monday, and by Friday, they still hadn't transmitted the prescription to the pharmacy. Even kindergarteners could manage this office more effectively - it's not rocket science. "Incompetent" is the most charitable description for this medical practice. I'm definitely switching providers first thing Monday morning.
