Feedback reflects a practice with significant access and communication challenges that dominate patient experience. Securing appointments proves consistently difficult, with lengthy telephone waiting times, dropped calls, and unresponsive callback systems creating substantial barriers to care. Reception experience emerges as a key concern, with patients reporting discourtesy, dismissiveness, and unhelpful interactions that undermine confidence in the service. Administrative inefficiency compounds these issues, with problems including medication management failures, slow referral processing, incomplete prescription submissions, and poor follow-through on patient requests.
In contrast, clinical staff consistently receive positive recognition for competence, expertise, and thorough care approaches. Nursing staff are particularly praised for warmth and professionalism. When patients successfully access consultations, they frequently report supportive and attentive clinical care. The practice environment is noted as clean and well-maintained, and some patients highlight responsive online consultation systems and effective callback arrangements for working patients.
The disparity between clinical quality and access barriers creates a concerning pattern where patients value the care they receive but struggle significantly to obtain it. Continuity of care remains problematic, with limited in-person appointment availability and frequent use of locum practitioners. Patients express frustration that despite appreciating clinical expertise, organisational inefficiencies and reception courtesy issues undermine overall confidence in the service and lead some to seek alternative providers.

Surgery repeatedly delays prescription deliveries
I would not recommend this practice. There are serious concerns about the quality of care provided. Every month there appear to be issues with medication management. Prescriptions are frequently not sent to the pharmacy promptly. The practice does not offer pre-filled medication organising services. As a result, a family member has once again been left without their essential medication.

Excellent!
Reception staff listened and showed genuine kindness
Our experiences at the practice have been truly outstanding, and we are both very grateful to the clinical and administrative team members for their assistance, encouragement and compassion, as well as for taking the time to hear our concerns.

Frequent appointment cancellations left me feeling unsupported
The experience at this clinic has been deeply disappointing. Staffing levels appear inadequate, and appointments are often cancelled without much notice due to resource constraints. Booking appointments for myself or my family members has consistently felt unproductive. I have concerns about the quality of care provided at this clinic. There appears to be a need for closer oversight of this clinic's operations, as the current service levels raise questions about patient safety and continuity of care. Interactions with staff members have felt impersonal and lacking in warmth—I have not felt heard or supported during my visits. The overall experience has left me feeling let down by the service.

Couldn't get face to face appointment when pregnant
I'm in my third trimester of pregnancy and have been unable to secure a brief in-person consultation with my GP to have my chest examined. Despite attempting to book first thing in the morning, the reception team has only been able to offer telephone appointments. I'm uncertain how to proceed with this situation.

Reception team felt cold and dismissive
Since registering with this GP practice only recently, I have encountered several concerns. There appears to be insufficient attentiveness and empathy shown to patients. The front desk staff came across as unwelcoming and dismissive. During my initial consultation, the clinician seemed dismissive and I felt treated as just another appointment rather than as an individual. I would not suggest this practice to others seeking compassionate care or those requiring prompt medical attention. I find it particularly disheartening that there is such a shortage of genuine human connection, especially within a healthcare setting.

Reception kept cutting off calls during long waits
The reception service fell significantly short of expectations. The front desk team did not meet the standards one would hope to see from an NHS practice. After making multiple attempts to arrange an appointment for a family member, the experience was frustrating, with calls being disconnected following extended periods on hold without reaching anyone.

Long wait times and unhelpful reception staff
This was an extremely disappointing experience at a medical practice in London. I would rate it far below average if that were possible. I would strongly advise against registering with this clinic, as I believe you would find it deeply unsatisfactory.

Clean reception and helpful staff made it easy
The reception area was exceptionally clean and well-organised, with plenty of informative posters and leaflets available. The receptionist was very friendly and helpful, processing my needs promptly and efficiently.

Poor!
Long wait despite short appointment slot
The waiting period extended to twenty minutes despite the system showing two minutes upon arrival, which seemed disproportionate given the scheduled appointment duration was only ten minutes.

Impossible to book an appointment here
It is extremely difficult to secure an appointment at this practice. Availability appears to be non-existent across all timeframes. Consultations tend to be brief and rushed, leaving little opportunity for thorough discussion of health concerns. Many patients find themselves needing to seek alternative care through other services or providers. The practice does not feel adequately resourced to meet patient demand, and those seeking care may wish to explore other local options.

Impossible to reach by phone or book appointments
I found this practice to be very disappointing and would recommend looking elsewhere. The appointment booking process is extremely slow, taking an exceptionally long time to secure a slot or receive any response. Contacting them by phone is particularly frustrating, as it would be quicker to visit in person multiple times. The overall customer service experience was poor, with staff appearing unhelpful and disorganised. I felt my time was wasted and that the team lacked the knowledge and understanding needed to provide adequate care.

Long waits on the phone left unanswered
This clinic requires significant improvement in their service delivery. When attempting to reach them by phone, I experienced lengthy wait times without receiving a response. On multiple occasions today, despite being first in the queue, I waited extended periods without anyone answering my calls.

Kept seeing different locums for persistent cough
I have found this clinic to be deeply unsatisfactory throughout my time as a patient over the past five to six years. On each visit, I have been seen by a different locum practitioner. The final frustration came when I developed a persistent cough in June. Despite being assessed by three separate locum practitioners, undergoing several telephone consultations, having two chest X-rays, and receiving blood tests, I remain in October still experiencing the same cough with worsening symptoms. Additionally, I was frustrated by an incident where my access to the NHS app was removed, requiring me to re-verify my identity, which occurred when I attempted to transfer my care elsewhere. I cannot recommend this clinic and would strongly advise others to seek care at an alternative practice.

Fast e-consult responses and helpful staff
I have been attending this practice for approximately four years and have consistently had positive experiences. The respiratory nurses demonstrate genuine care and compassion; the doctors respond promptly to my online consultation requests. I recently spoke with a medication specialist who provided excellent support and guidance. It is possible that people tend to leave reviews primarily when they have encountered difficulties (which I acknowledge do occur), but there is certainly a positive aspect to this service that deserves recognition as well.

Reception booked appointment without checking availability
I had a very poor experience with the reception team at this practice. Appointments were scheduled without confirming whether the times worked for me, and there was confusion regarding the location of my appointment. I was informed it would be at one site, only to discover upon arrival that it was actually at a different location in another area. This meant I had to make an urgent journey to the correct venue, which took considerable time, and I was uncertain whether the appointment would still proceed. I would advise prospective patients to carefully consider registering with this practice.

Promised callback never arrived after month
I experienced an urgent health concern and was unable to attend my scheduled appointment. When I contacted the practice to arrange an alternative time, I was informed that a clinician would get back to me. However, I have not received this callback despite a considerable amount of time having passed since my initial request.

Call queue system saves work time
The clinic's telephone system works well for those who need to speak with a doctor while managing work commitments. When calling in, callers receive information about their position in the queue through an automated message. After disconnecting, the reception team contacts them back at a convenient time. This approach is excellent.

Hard to reach but helpful when you do
When you eventually manage to have a consultation with a clinician (assuming you do), they are supportive and useful, but the entire process leading up to that point is disorganised and frustrating.
