Prepare to endure a three-week wait just to be bounced around between departments, encountering nothing but bewilderment and apathy that leaves you feeling totally defeated by the conversation's end. If there were a zero-star option, I'd absolutely select it. I'm not typically one to write reviews, but this place is so absurdly incompetent that I felt compelled to share.

A male nurse twice warned me about critically elevated blood pressure, causing me significant anxiety. After enduring a lengthy 17-day wait for an appointment, the doctor casually dismissed my concerns, declaring my blood pressure normal. When I attempted to seek clarification, his only response was to point at the screen, offering no further explanation or reassurance.

Impossible to get my baby vaccinated

Attempted to enroll my newborn for immunizations, only to discover there are zero nurses available to administer them. The clinic completely failed to communicate this critical information during registration. It's utterly ridiculous! One would assume protecting infant health would be a fundamental concern for the National Health Service, but apparently not.

Absolutely worthless!!! Their sole focus is pushing you into screening programs, and if you don't reply instantly, they send a condescending message! They couldn't care less about patient care and are purely motivated by the government funding they receive for screenings!!!

Overworked surgery with endless wait times

Heaven forbid you fall sick and require treatment at this medical facility, it's no surprise the emergency department is constantly overflowing. While a 12-hour wait is exhausting, it's still preferable to being told "the doctor will contact you in a week." There urgently needs to be a cap on patient registration. This practice has four doctors listed, but effectively operates with just one physician available.

With just a single general practitioner available in a medical center capable of accommodating at least four doctors, the situation is dire. Patients can only hope for a callback a week from now, and even that seems uncertain. Glancing at other reviews, it appears they don't even follow through with callbacks. The entire setup seems completely pointless—a poorly managed practice siphoning NHS funds without delivering the essential healthcare services people desperately need. This surgery is an absolute mockery of medical care and should either be shut down or transferred to someone who genuinely prioritizes patient well-being over financial gain. Mrs. Iqbal's operation is a prime example of systemic healthcare negligence.

Endless wait for a simple gp call

The medical service has been incredibly frustrating. They repeatedly reschedule telephone consultations, yet the out-of-hours team consistently fails to call. When attempting to follow up with the general practice the next day, you're informed it's not their problem and they've already allocated your original time slot to another patient, forcing you to rebook. Then you're left waiting around for an available appointment in approximately three days, only to experience yet another instance of the GP never connecting with you. They completely dodge accountability for their errors and demonstrate zero empathy. After more than two weeks and four scheduled appointments, I'm still desperately trying to have a conversation with my doctor!!! It's deeply alarming how utterly disregarded patients are in this practice.

These medical professionals are absolutely terrible. They make you sit around for close to an hour despite an empty waiting area and multiple staff members on duty. When you finally get to see a doctor, the consultation feels rushed and perfunctory, as if they're desperate to get rid of you as quickly as possible. The whole experience is completely unacceptable and deeply disrespectful.
