When I attempted to secure an urgent appointment for my elderly uncle who recently registered, I was met with bureaucratic obstruction. Rather than offering a timely consultation, they claimed they would send an online link, which predictably never materialized. The representative was not only unhelpful but actively hostile, ultimately ending our conversation by abruptly disconnecting the call. My uncle's situation is particularly challenging due to his visual and mobility impairments, which prevent him from navigating digital systems. Despite clear legal obligations under the NHS Constitution and Equality Act to accommodate vulnerable patients, no meaningful accommodations were proposed. This pattern of misconduct is not an isolated incident. My family has consistently experienced degrading treatment, characterized by aggressive communication and systemic disrespect. The staff's conduct falls far below professional standards, effectively denying patients their fundamental right to appropriate medical care. Recently, my physician recommended medication and instructed me to schedule a follow-up visit if my condition didn't improve. This morning, I attempted to book an appointment and endured a 35-minute wait before someone finally picked up. The receptionist informed me the doctor would simply phone me. Upon clarifying that my doctor had specifically requested an in-person consultation, she abruptly terminated the call without any explanation. I redialed, waited another 30 minutes, and was connected to the same employee. When I requested her identification for filing a formal complaint, she flatly denied our previous interaction and promptly disconnected the call once more. Utterly unacceptable conduct that demonstrates a complete lack of patient compassion and professionalism, particularly towards someone experiencing discomfort and diligently following medical guidance. I will certainly be escalating this matter to the NHS complaints department.

No communication—be it phone calls, emails, or postal correspondence—reached me regarding my referral, prescription, or subsequent medical steps. I later uncovered that my contact information had been incorrectly entered, including an erroneous phone number, effectively blocking any critical updates. My referral details and follow-up communications were exclusively routed to an NHS online portal I knew nothing about. Nobody informed me that I needed to monitor this platform or that all communication would be channeled solely through this system. Consequently, this communication breakdown forced me to seek private medical care to obtain the necessary treatment and imaging—resulting in substantial personal costs of time, financial resources, and unnecessary emotional strain. This level of administrative incompetence is utterly unacceptable. At minimum, I should have been transparently advised about the communication channel and provided with accurate contact information. It appears they're employing staff with minimal professional competence.

I've been dealing with an ear infection for 8 months, and every time I visit, they casually dismiss my concerns, saying everything will be fine. Today was no different - I waited for approximately 1.5 hours. Absolutely terrible service.
