Both the medical staff and administrative personnel demonstrate a complete lack of respect towards patients. During my recent phone call, the receptionist unceremoniously terminated the conversation immediately after her brief remarks. I have been left waiting an excessively long period—over a month—for my blood test results. Furthermore, my prescription, which was promised within two to three days, remains outstanding after nearly two weeks. Without question, this represents the most inadequate medical facility I have ever encountered.

I experienced some health concerns towards the end of 2023 and requested a scan from my primary care physician. The medical facility was responsible for processing the referral, but communication completely broke down. After months of silence, I returned to my doctor in March 2024 to stress the critical nature of my scan. They promised a two-week turnaround, yet despite my persistent follow-ups with both the doctor and hospital, I didn't receive a scan appointment until August. Once the scan was completed in August, I endured another three-week wait for results. I made almost daily calls seeking updates and hoping a physician would review my findings. When the results finally arrived, they sent a curt text message simply stating I had a medical condition. There was no personal phone call, no detailed explanation—just an impersonal text. I was utterly horrified by the callousness and detachment of this communication. Being notified of a serious health condition via a text message is deeply inappropriate and demonstrates a profound disregard for patient care and emotional well-being.

We went to see GP today and movement we entered in a room DR Kamrun Hussain didn’t even make an eye contact or no greetings. while looking at the computer she asked What skin problem you have ? my daughter said she is having gray hairs since she was 10 and my daughter tried to show her hair but she didn’t even bother to look at her hair and said nothing can be done . Lots of people have that .the way she said it was really really rude and unprofessional. I don’t think my daughter would ever want to see that rude Dr again . She clearly doesn’t have a manner how to speak to patients .

They returned my call around 12:40 pm, and when I explained my symptoms, they informed me that the appointment line was closed and advised me to call back tomorrow. I emphasized that I was unwell with a fever, but they reiterated that the appointment line was closed. When I suggested changing my GP, their response was essentially "it's entirely up to you." The interaction felt more reminiscent of a healthcare system in a developing country rather than the UK's expected standard of medical care.

I'm extremely frustrated with this medical practice. Before my surgery, I had my blood work done about a month ago, and initially, they claimed they never received the results. Even after I resubmitted my request, they remained unresponsive. When I arrived for the surgery, they actually had my report all along, but now they're scheduling me an appointment four days later. I've consistently been unable to get appointments at the scheduled time. Regrettably, this has been the most unsatisfactory healthcare experience I've ever encountered.
