Receptionists hung up the phone repeatedly

I found the service to be unsatisfactory. The reception team came across as unwelcoming, and while they frequently mention having dedicated staff members, I experienced instances where calls were disconnected without explanation. When I raised concerns about the service, the interactions became defensive rather than constructive. There were repeated issues with medication prescriptions not being processed as requested. Most significantly, my registration was terminated without prior notification or discussion, which resulted in losing access to my repeat prescriptions. While this situation was frustrating, I have decided not to pursue re-registration with this practice.

Receptionist blocked access to medication concerns

I am concerned about my medication being discontinued without adequate explanation.
