The phlebotomist even accommodated me 25 minutes earlier than my designated time slot, which left me genuinely astonished and thrilled. It appears the service quality has significantly improved post-pandemic, and my confidence in the NHS is gradually being reinstated.

I must specifically mention Dr. Louis Brassey, who was particularly outstanding during a recent visit. What truly sets this practice apart, however, are the administrative staff. They're invariably friendly, responsive, and diligent about scheduling appointments. Despite being clearly busy, they consistently manage to remain helpful and engaged. Overall, I consider this surgery to be exceptional - while I can't compare it directly to others, I'm genuinely pleased that I chose this practice.
