Frustrating care after 15 years with practice
This medical procedure is terrible when dealing with a critical health issue, as they completely ignore you and fail to respond. I'm seriously considering finding a new healthcare provider, despite being a long-time patient for 15 years. The practice has drastically changed and is no longer the quality service it once was.

Constant staff changes hurt patient care
I'm constantly encountering different doctors at this practice. There's an incredibly high staff rotation rate. Consequently, I'm repeatedly explaining the origins of my health problems to new physicians, which leads to inconsistent medical advice. It's incredibly exasperating. Some doctors are more engaged and solution-oriented than others. I suspect this might be symptomatic of the current challenges facing our healthcare system.
