Impossible to schedule appointment with this terrible clinic

I'm completely in the dark about their actual medical quality because securing an appointment is virtually impossible. The process requires calling precisely at 8am, but you're guaranteed to encounter a busy signal for over 40 minutes straight. Even if you miraculously get through, all appointments are already gone. Their rigid policy of only booking same-day appointments is both shocking and infuriating. It genuinely seems like the medical corporation behind this terrible practice is deliberately making it difficult for patients to receive care - one could almost suspect they're intentionally discouraging people from seeking medical help. Today, they bizarrely limited themselves to just 15 total appointments, making the chance of getting seen about as likely as winning a golden ticket to Willy Wonka's factory. I'm grudgingly giving them 1 star, and only because the rating system won't allow me to give zero.

Amazing nurse who truly cares about patients

I am incredibly grateful to have Dilia Gomes as my nurse. She has been instrumental in helping me in numerous ways, particularly last year when she supported me in quitting vaping - and I haven't vaped since. During a challenging emotional period, Dilia took the time to truly listen and provide encouragement. Her warmth, kindness, and compassion are remarkable. Recently, she also spoke with my 18-year-old daughter about the critical importance of smear tests and contraception, making us both feel completely at ease. I cannot express enough gratitude for her ongoing support. Both my daughter and I feel reassured and informed. Dilia represents the very best of the NHS and is an absolute asset to Islington Medical Centre, consistently delivering exceptional care to her patients. Incompetent doctors nearly cost me my health

Nearly at the point of legal action against the NHS for withholding steroid ear spray, even as I experience progressive hearing loss from congestion, and being denied an MRI despite a prominent forehead lump, speech difficulties, cognitive cloudiness, eye spasms, and hair loss around my eyes... my household animals demonstrate more diagnostic intuition than the typical medical professional in this country.
