it has become a nightmare getting a GP appointment since they changed hands about 18 months ago, they used to be so good, now they keep cancelling appointments and don’t reschedule them, they even have days when there’s no GP on site, this puts people’s health at risks, being informed again they’ve cancelled an appointment the day before asking people to phone to reschedule, only to be told you have to fill in the evergreen e-consult app that does’t even have a section showing they cancelled the appointment that you’ve already waited two weeks for is not efficient practice, and the curt manner that some staff treat you with seems to have something to do with it, the staff need to check their conduct and practice rules because it seems to depend on who you talk to what advice/service you’re given. the evergreen app is rubbish and not fit for purpose and staff giving mixed information on how it works is very confusing and stressful when you’re not well.

It's currently Tuesday at 4:47pm, and I've just been informed that you actually close at 6:30pm, despite your website clearly indicating 7pm. How can you refuse to assist me when it's not even close to your stated closing time? The discrepancy between your online information and actual operating hours is absolutely frustrating and makes no sense whatsoever!

Terrible service and no communication from gp surgery

I have encountered numerous frustrating situations, but my most recent experience is particularly noteworthy: The referral process is managed by someone in the administrative team. My general practitioner submitted my referral on August 15th, yet I received no notification confirming its submission. I initially allowed some time for the process to unfold. After several days, I contacted the GP and was informed that Rosie would reach out to me that week. Eventually, I discovered through my evergreen app that the referral was processed after 11 days. The waiting period for an appointment is already challenging, but the GP surgery's prolonged delay in sending out the referral is unacceptable. Furthermore, I never received a follow-up call from Rosie. Additionally, their approach to handling complaints appears dismissive. I have personally sent emails to John Smith regarding specific incidents but have not received any official response. I urge you to improve your services, as many patients depend on your care.
