Smooth surgery with caring Dr Prinsloo
Exceptional surgical care. I wouldn't consider going to any other practice. My husband and I have exclusively consulted with Dr. Prinsloo and the practice nurses, and they are truly outstanding.

One doctor missed the mark but team rocks
Since relocating to this area two years back, I can confidently say my interactions with this medical practice have been exceptional. While most of the staff are outstanding, I encountered one physician who fell short of professional standards. This particular doctor seemed entirely disengaged, constantly fixated on his computer screen and providing minimal personal interaction. When I sought detailed information about my condition, he merely handed me a generic brochure instead of explaining things directly. In stark contrast, the remaining medical team, including reception staff and other healthcare professionals, are truly remarkable. I must especially commend Dr. Prinsloo, who successfully diagnosed and developed a treatment plan that previous doctors had overlooked. This team demonstrates remarkable collaboration and genuine commitment to patient care, making them a standout healthcare provider.

Frustrating wait for doctor near Coundon
I reside in the Coundon area by myself, without a vehicle or social connections to help me reach alternative medical facilities. Being repeatedly rejected is absolutely unacceptable. I'm managing a heart condition that can be triggered by infections, and my attempts to secure a medical appointment have been consistently futile. Every time I try to schedule a consultation, I'm either disconnected or flat-out denied. The entire situation is completely ridiculous!

Dr Prinsloo stands out as the most exceptional general practitioner I've encountered throughout my lifetime. His treatment of my terminally ill wife was marked by profound empathy and utmost respect. I also want to commend Dr Hans, another outstanding physician. The residents of Newton Aycliffe are truly fortunate to have access to such remarkable medical care and healthcare services.
