Feedback reveals a practice with significant operational challenges that dominate patient experience. Appointment access remains the most persistent concern, with patients reporting extended phone wait times, unavailable slots despite calling at designated times, and difficulty securing both routine and urgent consultations. Reception experience is frequently cited as problematic, with patients describing unhelpful attitudes, gatekeeping behaviour, and staff making clinical judgments beyond their scope. Prescription processing delays and poor care coordination have also emerged as recurring issues, alongside concerns about responsiveness to patient needs and follow-up communication.
In contrast, clinical care quality receives consistent praise when patients successfully access appointments. Surgical teams, podiatry staff, and medical professionals are frequently described as compassionate, skilled, and attentive. Positive feedback highlights professional demeanor, thorough examination, and genuine patient concern during consultations. Reception teams at their best are noted as welcoming and supportive, with some patients reporting efficient booking and helpful communication.
The practice appears to operate with a stark divide between clinical excellence and systemic service failures. While medical competence and care quality are rarely questioned, the booking system, reception processes, and organisational coordination create substantial barriers to accessing that care. This mismatch between clinical capability and operational delivery represents the core tension in patient experience at this facility.

AverageNHS dumping ground for incompetent and uncaring staff
From GP's to nurses to reception staff, the public are an inconvenience. My wife died in January 2026 because no-one in this place cares. GP who diagnose from their computer without even looking at the patient. Nurse who was to busy to dress open sores 'come back after christmas', reception staff who will throw a prescription in the bin just to prove who is in charge. I will never forgive these vile people.

Left without pain meds even though they prescribed them a week ago. Cancer with no pain meds is not caring. No call back as requested and refused to take hospital consultant details from me. Terrible experience.

BadSurgery That has Gone the Extra Mile TO STOP You
This surgery goes from bad to worse. I am due for a medication review but that takes over a month to get a simple and short phone call. In the meantime I will run out of medication which the practice won't issue untill the review is done. Told to send an email, still no medication issued. This practice has really gone to town to stop patients making an appointment with a GP. They no longer issue appointments over the phone, instead you have to fill out a very long questioner on their website and then wait for contact if the practice feels you actually need an appointment. This practice is just SOOOOOOOO BAD

Excellent!
Fantastic gp surgery with caring and helpful staff
My previous general practice clinic was utterly subpar, but Jubilee Park is truly exceptional. The reception staff are delightful and incredibly supportive. When I required a document from my medical records, Donna the secretary promptly handled my request and was once again incredibly kind and accommodating. A massive appreciation goes out to Jubilee Park House GP surgery 🙌

Life-changing surgery with incredible medical team
Incredible! This medical facility boasts the top surgeons in Nottingham. The practice manager is absolutely amazing, and the entire team is incredibly welcoming and supportive. The level of care I've experienced here is truly outstanding - massive thanks to all the staff members who make this place so special. You're all absolute champions ⭐ ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Poor!
Terrible service with impossible appointment booking system
The personnel are adequate, but parking is a nightmare since employees occupy all available spaces. Scheduling an appointment is nearly impossible unless you're free to call precisely at 10:30am before all slots vanish. This system works perfectly for those with unlimited free time, but is completely impractical for working individuals. When I attempted to book during my work break at 1:30pm, I was simply instructed to try again the next morning at 10:30am, with no alternative appointment options. It's no mystery why walk-in centers and emergency departments are constantly overwhelmed! Update - after making two additional attempts and failing to secure an appointment, I ultimately switched medical practices and immediately received service.

Terrible service and unhelpful medical staff
Extremely unsatisfactory medical practice with significant challenges in scheduling consultations. The front desk staff display a shockingly discourteous attitude. The entire experience demonstrates a complete absence of compassion and patient consideration.

Terrible service and impossible to get appointments
I've recently departed from this medical practice, and relocating has truly highlighted just how subpar they are! Securing appointments was always a challenge, especially for our kids. They misplaced a crucial document related to my referral, which resulted in a substantial postponement of my medical process. Previously, they also neglected to properly submit my hospital referral, causing significant waiting periods. The doctors themselves are actually quite competent once you manage to see them. However, the process of obtaining an appointment is incredibly frustrating. Even if you call precisely at 8am, getting through is nearly impossible. After waiting for ages, you're typically just told to attempt booking again the next day, with no actual appointment secured.

Quick and reliable medical care rocks
I can't comprehend the complaints others are making. Securing a same-day appointment is consistently hassle-free for me, and their service is consistently attentive and reliable.

Dysfunctional medical centre with zero patient care
This facility seems to prioritize staff comfort over patient needs. Appointment slots are perpetually unavailable, while the premises remain consistently unoccupied. The medical centre appears to be nothing more than a decorative showcase.

Unacceptable discrimination against transgender healthcare needs
Your actions have effectively blocked transgender individuals from obtaining essential hormone treatments, which constitutes a deeply harmful and prejudiced form of medical discrimination that fundamentally undermines patient care and human dignity.

Frustrating healthcare system leaves patient desperate for help
Attempting to schedule a medical consultation feels like navigating an insurmountable obstacle. It seems my only recourse is to crowd the walk-in clinic and further strain its resources. This nation hardly deserves its prestigious moniker of Great Britain.

Discriminatory healthcare hurts transgender patients
This organization is blocking transgender individuals from accessing gender-affirming treatment, claiming a lack of expertise, even though they have been providing such care for more than ten years and it's fundamentally identical to the hormone replacement therapy they administer to cisgender patients (with a referral from another provider, requiring only script completion and blood tests). Their actions are deeply unethical and disgraceful.

Worst medical experience ever nightmare of healthcare
Spent nearly half an hour waiting in the first queue spot at 8am just to schedule an appointment. Obtaining something as straightforward as a medical certificate has become incredibly challenging. They routinely book appointments only to cancel them with ridiculous excuses. The reception staff, despite lacking any medical qualifications, seem to think they can diagnose patients and provide medical guidance. If you're struggling with mental health and under crisis team support, this practice will immediately deflect any responsibility and push you towards the crisis team, effectively abandoning your care. I've been a patient here for over a decade, and the quality of service has consistently deteriorated. The situation is so dire that I'd prefer to risk managing a serious medical condition on my own rather than attempt to secure an appointment at this incompetent practice. If this weren't part of the NHS, it would have been forced out of business long ago due to its abysmal standards.

Discriminatory healthcare policy fails vulnerable patients
Reprehensible conduct, denying medical support to an underserved population while equating hormone therapy to theft. Their response to the freedom of information inquiry demonstrates a complete lack of effort to address the issue. Steer clear.

Absolutely terrible service, completely overwhelmed and unresponsive. The appointment scheduling is a nightmare, and you'd practically need to be on your deathbed to secure a consultation with a physician.

Unacceptable discrimination against transgender healthcare needs
This medical facility has abruptly begun refusing all gender-affirming medical care to transgender patients. This impacts individuals with long-standing prescription histories that previously required minimal management or intervention. Such actions are ethically abhorrent. A patient who voiced concerns about her situation found her entirely valid hormone prescription requests (which can only be authorized by her primary care physician) callously equated to theft by the GP she consulted. This represents deeply offensive discrimination targeting a marginalized community that absolutely deserves to be treated with dignity and receive equitable healthcare like any other human being. The practice should feel profound shame for their discriminatory conduct.
