Disappointing decline in park house medical service
Relocated to Park House medical practice approximately six years back due to my prior healthcare provider's poor service and constant scheduling difficulties. Initially, the practice was excellent, but over the past year, their appointment booking has become incredibly frustrating. The process of securing a consultation is now extremely challenging, and I'm seriously considering switching to another surgery if their current approach doesn't change.

Incompetent doctors delay critical surgery needs
Utterly disgraceful, scheduling an appointment is practically unattainable. Following my hospital admission with a surgical waiting period of two years, the hospital contacted my physicians requesting a referral, which they provided. The hospital then responded demanding a surgical fitness form, which the practice never completed. Six months have now passed, and I'm still at the starting point of my two-year wait because the negligent doctors have failed to address and fill out the essential documentation. AVOID AT ALL COSTS.

Frustrating healthcare that fails patients every time
Their phone lines are perpetually unresponsive, forcing patients to visit in person, and now they've even stopped allowing direct doctor appointment bookings, even for future dates. Instead, they repeatedly promise "The doctor will call you back" - a promise that consistently goes unfulfilled. This is the direct consequence of slashed NHS funding. Completely ineffective. We're now compelled to seek private healthcare because the NHS, which we financially support through our taxes, has become utterly inadequate. Moreover, the staff are growing increasingly irritable and abrupt, likely due to the constant stream of frustrated patients they must manage.

Worst medical experience ever with this terrible surgery
If I could award zero stars, I absolutely would. They require you to call at 8am for an appointment, but when I ring precisely at 8am, I'm informed that due to high call volumes, they can't even take my call? After finally getting through, which is typically past 9am, I discover no appointments are left!! I've never encountered such a substandard medical practice. The most frustrating aspect is that once you actually manage to see a doctor, they seem solely focused on rushing you out the door. There's absolutely no genuine, compassionate patient-centered care. I'm seriously considering changing medical practices because no one else I know experiences these kind of ridiculous difficulties.

Getting an appointment here is virtually impossible. I called earlier tonight and they were swamped, simply disconnecting the call. When I attempted to call back, I found myself stuck in a queue at position 5. I'm trying to schedule a medication review, but they abruptly hung up. The service is absolutely appalling.
