As a first-time patient in the UK, Dr. Turner was exceptional - methodically guiding me through the consultation with genuine compassion. He meticulously examined my painful leg, asked thoughtful questions with remarkable gentleness, and reassured me about my recovery prospects. Their complete lack of concern is appalling - they've refused to refer me to a specialist and consistently provided misleading information. I was ultimately forced to seek medical attention in another country to address my health issue. The reception staff are equally deceitful, creating an environment of total dishonesty. Frustrating patient access at karis gp

Dear Karis GP This is the third time I've emailed regarding the same unresolved issue with online service access in Patient Access and NHS app. I've been pursuing this matter since last month. I visited the Karis center in person, presented my ID, and completed the necessary form last week. I've made follow-up calls on Friday, Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday, consistently receiving the same unhelpful response: "My colleague will look into it." Yet, absolutely nothing has changed! What's happening with your system? The app simply requires a LINKAGE KEY/PIN to connect the NHS app or Patient Access to the GP. I find this delay both unnecessary and frustrating. I request you to communicate the resolution via text, email, or post. Alternatively, please unlock my account in your system so I can access my health records and book appointments.

Dangerous medical negligence puts patient at serious risk

My sibling was released from the medical facility with a discharge document handed to the physician. The doctor overlooked crucial medication needed to control seizures, and after three days, has still not prescribed the required treatment. The medical staff, including both doctors and reception personnel, demonstrate extremely negligent behavior and seem intent on creating unnecessary complications. This practice clearly demonstrates a complete disregard for patient care and absolutely requires formal reporting to the Clinical Commissioning Group. Their level of professional responsibility is entirely unacceptable.

The medical professionals like doctors and nurses are excellent, but the front desk personnel desperately need improvement in their customer service skills. I attempted to contact them multiple times, getting close to being next in the queue at positions 2 or 3, only to have the line go completely silent with no one picking up. Utterly frustrating and an inefficient use of my time.

Terrible medical letter service ruins student experience

Absolutely terrible service! As a student, I submitted a request for a medical document along with the required payment, and they claimed it would take 10 business days. It's now well past that timeframe, and every time I contact them, their response is that the letter is still pending typing. Their unprofessionalism is shocking, and it's deeply frustrating to be treated this way, especially as an international student trying to navigate the system in the UK!!!
