The front desk staff are completely unresponsive by phone, and during my actual visit, they failed to properly process my arrival, causing me to waste an incredible 90 minutes waiting. The medical staff are friendly, but scheduling a consultation is incredibly frustrating. You're forced to call precisely at 8am and endure a lengthy queue, and if you don't get through before 8:20, all urgent slots are already gone. Non-urgent appointments are then booked out two weeks in advance.

Worst healthcare service ever experienced

Absolutely dreadful service. Whenever I attempt to contact them, the front desk staff are consistently unresponsive, leaving me trapped in an endless phone queue that seemingly only reduces because frustrated patients hang up out of sheer exhaustion - which I've done myself multiple times. It's perplexing how they spend over an hour every Wednesday in training sessions, yet the quality of service remains abysmal. They might as well use that time actually seeing patients instead. What's even more infuriating is being denied a same-day appointment despite calling within their specified timeframe, with the excuse that slots are reserved for 'emergencies' only. Their definition of an emergency is laughable - this is a general practice clinic, not an Accident & Emergency department. Realistically, anyone with a genuine medical emergency would go directly to A&E, not wait around for a GP appointment.

Multiple instances of being informed the physician is occupied... after enduring a 30-minute phone wait and being assured the doctor will return the call.... complete falsehood.... it never occurs.... zero compassion or regard for patients! Moreover, they prematurely ended their operations on the Monday before their scheduled closing time. This is supposed to be a critical NHS medication service, not some casual business. If they can't maintain consistent and dependable hours, they urgently need to reassess and improve their operational approach.

Completely unsatisfactory medical professional who demonstrated utter lack of competence by consulting a medical reference just to recommend a readily available topical treatment without requiring a prescription.
