Getting medical appointments has been a constant struggle, often forcing me to travel to Broomfield for care. The new triage system seems ineffective and broken. While the nursing staff and employees are genuinely kind and supportive, the scheduling challenges make accessing healthcare incredibly difficult.

It's truly disheartening to see dedicated healthcare workers undermined by the poor technological infrastructure of this medical practice. Their phone system is abysmal, and the interior design appears lackluster and uninspiring. Securing an appointment is incredibly challenging, yet I commend the staff for consistently providing the most helpful service possible. Were it not for these exceptional employees, converting the two practices into residential spaces might actually be a more sensible option.

Broken system fails patients in their moment of need

The new system is absolute garbage, impossible to navigate, and when in crisis, you're simply advised to try again later - though to be fair, they genuinely had no solution. OVERHAUL THIS SYSTEM! I'm thoroughly dissatisfied with its current functionality :( The medical staff - doctors, nurses, and reception - are excellent, but the system undermines their efforts. This has repeatedly failed me. Today, in an emotionally fragile state, I mistakenly selected admin instead of medical and received an unhelpful response. Isn't it OBVIOUS this should be automatically redirected to medical? This is critically important! If I could rate it lower than zero stars, I absolutely would!!! If you're struggling, my recommendation is to seek assistance at the local pharmacy!

Frustrating medical experience with confusing communication

These medical professionals are absolutely terrible. The front desk staff are incredibly unhelpful. I strongly recommend avoiding this practice entirely. When I arrived for my scheduled visit, I was dismissed because I couldn't complete the online check-in. I stood in line only to be informed that I should have immediately approached the reception window to announce my appointment, yet the previous day I had been reprimanded for doing exactly that!!!!!!

I was dismissed without an urgent consultation and advised to call 111, which ultimately resulted in my hospitalization for severe pneumonia. The staff's lack of compassion is so extreme that it's astonishing they manage to retain any patients at all.

I'm puzzled by the negative feedback circulating. Despite initially facing a challenging scenario with childcare preventing my hospital visit, the staff were incredibly supportive. The receptionist was particularly proactive in ensuring I got seen, and remarkably, for the first time in three decades, someone actually followed up to check on my well-being the following day. This genuine gesture made me feel truly valued and secure. When I accidentally misinterpreted the text message timing for my blood test, they were still accommodating and welcoming. Terrible service wasting patients time and energy

This medical service seems utterly pointless and might as well cease operations. I've now tried twice to secure a pediatric appointment for an antibiotic prescription, and each time I was turned away due to zero available slots. Consequently, I was compelled to spend 5 grueling hours waiting in the emergency department for what should have been a straightforward, minor medical need. Their appointment scheduling mechanism is so badly conceived that it's practically non-functional.
