Friendly staff and quick doctor visits

The facility is spotless and the front desk staff are accommodating. The nursing team is incredibly friendly and upbeat. The doctors might seem rushed, but they're remarkably efficient and professional. The workflow is extremely well-coordinated, and whoever is overseeing this medical center is clearly doing an excellent job. The sole drawback is the parking situation, which consistently appears to be at capacity.

Dangerous medication mix-ups at pharmacy

Unbelievable!!! I'm sitting in the waiting area, and every few minutes, patients are arriving, voicing frustration about prescription errors—either receiving incorrect dosages or entirely wrong medications. This is completely unacceptable and potentially life-threatening for individuals who rely on their medication and might not catch the mistake. Additionally, the wait times are unbearable. I was instructed to arrive at a specific time for my appointment, yet 35-40 minutes later, I still haven't been called in. Utterly shameful.

Quick care during tough times

I've been genuinely impressed by the exceptional care provided by the reception team and Dr Maskati. Given my age and the current pressures on the NHS, I anticipated minimal assistance for my mechanical injury. However, my expectations were completely shattered. Within just a week, I underwent both x-ray and ultrasound examinations, followed by a physiotherapy referral. The level of service and compassion far surpasses anything I've experienced previously. It appears positive changes are taking place, and I sincerely hope this remarkable GP continues to practice here.

Dr atcha solved my health worry fast

During my appointment with Dr. ATCHA on Monday, February 17th, she took the time to carefully hear out my concerns without making me feel hurried. Dr. ATCHA committed to addressing my problem and promised to contact me within two days. In reality, she called me back within just two hours and had already set up a consultant appointment to tackle my issue. I've been a patient at this medical practice for more than three and a half decades and have consistently received excellent care. Today's experience only reinforced my long-standing positive impression.

Lack of duty of care, lack of emotional intelligence

they do not have the necessary requirements to tend to their patients individual needs. Their policy is more important then their patients initial well-being. They are aware of my history and trauma and, it was cruelly dismissed and replaced with policy. They do not respond to our concerns or address them, they ignore their patients. further proving that they do not care for your concerns or well-being. This practice should be shut down. I have lost faith in the doctors, i refuse to see one because of this practice, and i am looking at alternative ways of healing. They give us medication that harms us and another to deal with the horrific side effects left by the first drug. They refuse to give us medication that helps, so alarm bells started to ring for me 'understandably' Their patients well-being should be at the top of their list of priorities.
