Negligent clinic destroyed my child's health forever

This clinic epitomizes medical negligence and gross irresponsibility. We arrived with our child, placing our trust in the doctors' care, but their sheer incompetence and lack of action directly led to severe health complications for our child. The medical staff systematically disregarded clear symptoms and flatly refused to conduct essential diagnostic tests and examinations. They repeatedly assured us everything was "fine" when urgent, professional intervention was critically necessary. Their hollow reassurances and cavalier approach ultimately resulted in a devastating outcome. Consequently, my child is now enduring health complications that are unequivocally the result of this clinic's reckless treatment. Crucial time was squandered, permanent health damage has occurred, and we are now confronting prolonged, challenging, and expensive medical treatments that could have been entirely preventable. Even more infuriating is how the doctors attempted to conceal their errors, provided evasive responses, and displayed complete emotional detachment. It was abundantly clear they harbored no genuine concern for their young patients' welfare. I am absolutely convinced that such "medical professionals" must be held strictly accountable for their destructive actions and willful inaction. We will pursue comprehensive legal recourse, and this matter will not be dismissed. I emphatically warn all parents: do not entrust your children's health to this facility. There is no professionalism, no ethical standard, and no fundamental human responsibility. This place represents a genuine threat to life and health.

Terrible gp practice ruining my health and life

Hello, I consistently experience terrible service at this GP practice. They acknowledge my low iron and ferritin levels, and despite my request for an injection, they continue prescribing alternative treatments that only worsen my condition and leave me feeling increasingly unwell. I've reached a point where I can barely get out of bed, and I've even lost my job due to my declining health. Each time I seek treatment, they provide pills instead of referring me to a specialist for proper consultation. My life resources are diminishing, and my health deteriorates daily. These doctors seem completely indifferent to my well-being, and as a result, I've developed three chronic diseases because they failed to provide timely treatment and proper screening. Their approach is so inadequate that this review doesn't even deserve a single star - it deserves a massive negative rating.

I had a terrible experience with this blood testing facility. The staff did not wear gloves while drawing blood and failed to properly disinfect the puncture site. They misplaced my samples multiple times, causing me to wait two weeks for results. When I inquired about my test results, they claimed they had lost them. This is absolutely the worst place to entrust with your health. The personnel clearly lack basic medical knowledge. I'm forced to return to my home country for treatment because these healthcare professionals show no empathy or understanding of my medical struggles. I feel so distressed that if I hadn't planned to go back home, my condition might have worsened. The doctors are incompetent beyond belief - I've never encountered such poor medical care. This ordeal has cost me significant time and potentially jeopardized my health.

I genuinely have no complaints about King Street - whenever I require an appointment, I practically secure one within just a few days at most. Any questions I have, the receptionist is incredibly accommodating, and I'm certain I must be quite demanding, yet nothing ever seems to be an issue for them. I truly cannot find a single fault with them; they are an absolutely outstanding medical practice.

Dr Druce was fantastic, but when she departed and Dr Stag stepped in, she was equally wonderful. She's an attentive listener, incredibly professional, and gives you a sense of complete confidence. She's truly delightful. Additionally, on Fridays, they have a physiotherapist named Tim, who we found incredibly impressive and supportive - he's definitely a tremendous resource for the practice. We want to extend a heartfelt THANK YOU to Tim, along with all the nurses and receptionists at King Street Medical, especially Marco and Susan Carrieri. xx
