We arrived with our child, placing our trust in the doctors' care, but their sheer incompetence and lack of action directly led to severe health complications for our child. They repeatedly assured us everything was "fine" when urgent, professional intervention was critically necessary. Their hollow reassurances and cavalier approach ultimately resulted in a devastating outcome. Consequently, my child is now enduring health complications that are unequivocally the result of this clinic's reckless treatment. Crucial time was squandered, permanent health damage has occurred, and we are now confronting prolonged, challenging, and expensive medical treatments that could have been entirely preventable. Even more infuriating is how the doctors attempted to conceal their errors, provided evasive responses, and displayed complete emotional detachment. It was abundantly clear they harbored no genuine concern for their young patients' welfare. I am absolutely convinced that such "medical professionals" must be held strictly accountable for their destructive actions and willful inaction. We will pursue comprehensive legal recourse, and this matter will not be dismissed. I emphatically warn all parents: do not entrust your children's health to this facility. There is no professionalism, no ethical standard, and no fundamental human responsibility. This place represents a genuine threat to life and health.

They acknowledge my low iron and ferritin levels, and despite my request for an injection, they continue prescribing alternative treatments that only worsen my condition and leave me feeling increasingly unwell. I've reached a point where I can barely get out of bed, and I've even lost my job due to my declining health. Each time I seek treatment, they provide pills instead of referring me to a specialist for proper consultation. My life resources are diminishing, and my health deteriorates daily. These doctors seem completely indifferent to my well-being, and as a result, I've developed three chronic diseases because they failed to provide timely treatment and proper screening. Their approach is so inadequate that this review doesn't even deserve a single star - it deserves a massive negative rating.

Great doctors and staff at king street medical
Dr Druce was fantastic, but when she departed and Dr Stag stepped in, she was equally wonderful. She's an attentive listener, incredibly professional, and gives you a sense of complete confidence. She's truly delightful. Additionally, on Fridays, they have a physiotherapist named Tim, who we found incredibly impressive and supportive - he's definitely a tremendous resource for the practice.
